The little one looked at Zhang Tie with amusement. "Are you sure every word you've said is true and that you're willing to take responsibility for it?"
"Of course," Zhang Tie sneered. "I'm an adult, not like an underage child like you."
He targeted every word at the little one.
Yang Ziwei looked at the little one respectfully and said, "President, an adult shouldn't stoop to a child's level."
The little one clenched her teeth and was about to agree with Yang Ziwei when Zhang Tie laughed. "President Yang, you must have misspoken, right? An adult shouldn't stoop to a child's level? *I* am the adult, and *she* is the child."
"I was going to let it slide, but I didn't expect you to be so intent on dying," the little one muttered. "Do you take me for a harmless kitten just because I haven't shown my claws?"
Her small fists clenched tightly, ready to strike.
