Chapter 194 - The Monsters Unleashed

"Hey, you freaks! Whoever you are… whatever you are… none of you are leaving here alive today!"

The second Om's warning echoed through the battlefield, Vyomasur slowly stepped forward with a cold smile spreading across his face.

"Ah… a pathetic human… and you dare threaten us?"

At the same moment, Balasur leaped high into the air and roared at Om,

"Kid, did you really think we were fighting you seriously till now? Let me show you what real power looks like!"

The instant he landed right in front of Om, the ground shook beneath him.

But what Om saw next made even his eyes narrow.

Balasur's face was no longer human.

It had transformed into something horrifying… like a beast born from a human and a tiger. Thick fur covered his entire body, his claws had turned razor sharp, and his teeth looked deadlier than knives themselves.

Then Jeevanashini spoke in a strangely sorrowful voice,

"I really didn't want this… but you've left me no choice. So let's make this game a little more fun."

Green light began glowing around her hands. She slowly raised both arms toward the sky and whispered,

"My children… make your mother proud."

The very next second, the ground started crawling.

Tiny holes in the earth burst open as countless disgusting insects crawled out from beneath the surface. Small ones… giant ones… thousands upon thousands of them rushed toward Om like a living river of nightmares. And above them, enormous balls of ice formed in the air, ready to crush him at any second.

Om tightened his grip around the energy dagger in his hand and growled,

"Then come at me!"

Without wasting another second, Om charged forward, crushing insects beneath his feet as he rushed straight at Balasur and stabbed the dagger toward his chest—

—but the blade stopped.

Om's eyes widened.

Balasur's body felt harder than iron itself.

Balasur burst into laughter before grabbing Om by the throat.

"Kid… did you really think this tiny dagger could pierce my body?"

But instead of panicking, a faint smile appeared on Om's face.

"No… not if it was an ordinary dagger."

And in the very next moment—

SLASH!

Balasur's arm was severed clean off.

Before Om could react further, Jeevanashini attacked. Massive sharp arms made entirely of insects shot toward him, trying to trap him alive. Om quickly jumped back—

—but what he saw next shocked him even more.

Balasur's severed arm…

had already regenerated.

It reattached itself like nothing had happened.

For the first time, confusion flashed across Om's face. Who were these monsters? What kind of powers did they possess?

But he didn't have time to think.

Because the attacks never stopped.

The next instant, giant spheres of ice and violent snowstorms swallowed the entire battlefield. Om tried dodging the endless ice attacks, but suddenly the freezing storm wrapped completely around his body.

This time, not even a single part of him remained outside.

He was frozen solid.

Vyomasur smiled proudly—

only for his expression to freeze a second later.

CRACK!

The ice exploded apart.

And Om stepped out from within it… standing tall… completely fearless.

But Vyomasur was ready this time.

He immediately ordered the others to attack together while charging at Om himself.

The moment the command was given, Balasur lifted an enormous boulder and smashed it toward Om with terrifying force. At the same time, Jeevanashini unleashed her endless swarm of insects, while Vyomasur filled the sky with deadly sharp icicles raining down from above.

All three attacks hit together.

Cuts and wounds covered Om's body almost instantly.

But even then…

he kept fighting.

Far away from the battlefield, Vipul and Dhoomketu watched everything silently.

The moment Vipul saw his son struggling, rage exploded inside him and he immediately stepped forward to help Om—

—but suddenly a voice echoed inside his mind.

"No, son. If you help him today, he'll never grow stronger. His powers will never awaken fully. And in the future, he'll face dangers far greater than this. Don't stop him. Don't save him. Today, he must show the world… the people… Badallok… even the gods… that he is the child of prophecy."

It was Dhoomketu.

Vipul understood his father's words… but he was still a father.

Every instinct inside him screamed to save his son.

But he couldn't.

Not because chains held him back…

but because duty did.

And that helplessness hurt even more.

Then Dhoomketu's voice echoed in his mind once again.

"Although… your companions can still help him… if you want."

Meanwhile, seeing Om still standing against them, Vyomasur laughed loudly.

"Kid… how long do you plan to fight against three great demons? Give up. Maybe your death will become less painful."

But before he could say another word—

THUD!

A sharp ice spike suddenly pierced straight through Vyomasur's chest.

Green blood splashed across the ground.

Vyomasur looked down in disbelief before slowly turning toward Om.

Om stared back at him with burning eyes.

"I already told you… whoever you are… none of you are walking out of here alive."

Fury exploded across Vyomasur's face.

"How dare you make a great demon bleed like this! Kill him!"

Roaring in rage, Vyomasur charged toward Om.

Om gripped his dagger tightly and sprinted toward him as well—

—but just as Om got close—

Balasur suddenly appeared behind him holding a massive sword.

And before Om could react—

SLASH!

"AAAAAAAHHHHH!"

The blade tore straight across Om's back.

Om screamed in unbearable pain before collapsing to the ground.

His shirt ripped apart instantly, and blood began pouring from his back like water.

The moment Dhoomketu saw Om fall, he shouted in horror,

"OM!"

Adi and the other boy froze in shock seeing Om badly injured.

And far away, Om's family—already shaken after seeing him there—watched the entire scene live on television in complete terror.

Sharda and Om's sisters broke down crying.

"Om!"

"Brother!"

Om lay helplessly on the cold ground.

His vision blurred.

The only thing he could still see… was his grandfather hanging from the pillar of ice.

But then—

something inside Vipul finally snapped.

Watching his son bleeding to death in front of him, he exploded with rage and charged straight toward Vyomasur.

"You filthy demon! I won't spare you! You dared to hurt my son!"
