Chapter 150 - The White Jade

"What do you think? Can this kid really find a stone better than Red Jade?"

"No chance. Has something like that ever happened before?"

"Exactly. History isn't made twice in one day."

"He's a rookie. This is way beyond him."

The whispers spread through the hall like wildfire.

But then—

Something happened.

And in the very next second…

Every single person's eyes widened in complete shock.

A blinding white light suddenly exploded across the entire hall.

The glow was so intense that people instinctively covered their eyes. Some even stumbled backward in panic as the sharp radiance burned their vision.

The entire hall froze.

Because the football-sized black stone Om had cut open…

Contained a pure white Jade almost the size of a volleyball.

And it was shining so brilliantly that people could barely even look at it directly.

Meanwhile, Om simply stood there calmly.

Quietly observing everyone.

A faint smile resting on his face.

The truth was—

The moment Om had spread his energy through the black stones earlier, he sensed an incredibly powerful aura hidden among them.

He instantly realized two things.

First—

The Jade inside was extremely pure.

Second—

It was huge.

That was why he had chosen that particular stone without hesitation.

And just like he expected…

A Pure White Jade had emerged.

Slowly, people began adjusting to the blinding light.

The VIP guests stood up from their seats one after another.

Even Mr. Indrajit Joshi rose using his cane, staring at the White Jade with trembling eyes.

Meanwhile, Sanaya hurried toward Om in disbelief.

"T-This… this is White Jade…"

Her voice shook.

"Pure White Jade!"

Suddenly, an elderly Jade researcher standing near Om shouted loudly while adjusting his glasses over his forehead.

Everyone instantly looked toward him.

"Professor Raghu?!"

"That's Professor Raghu!"

"Why is he reacting like that?"

"But wait… isn't white colorless? Doesn't that mean it's low-grade Jade?"

"Exactly! No matter how big it is, it still can't compare to Red Jade, right?"

"But if Professor Raghu is shocked… then maybe this White Jade is something special…"

The whispers grew louder.

Then suddenly, Mr. Joshi stepped forward through the crowd and respectfully asked,

"Professor… can you explain what this White Jade actually is? Its purity… its quality… because none of us have ever seen anything like this before."

Professor Raghu adjusted his glasses properly and looked around the hall.

"Yes, Mr. Joshi. The world has never seen White Jade before. As far as the public knows, this is an entirely new discovery."

His eyes slowly shifted toward the glowing stone in Om's hands.

"A new form of Jade… White Jade."

The entire hall listened silently.

"But what most people don't know," he continued seriously, "is that a few months ago, Indian and American researchers discovered a tiny fragment of White Jade hidden inside a mountain-sized stone."

People gasped.

"It was barely the size of a grain of wheat."

His expression turned regretful.

"Unfortunately, due to careless cutting, the entire Jade shattered into pieces before proper analysis could be done."

Then his voice deepened.

"But even from those broken fragments… researchers discovered something unbelievable."

He pointed toward Om's Jade.

"White Jade is the purest and highest-quality Jade ever found in human history."

The hall went dead silent.

"This stone's composition is unlike anything else."

Professor Raghu's hands trembled slightly as he looked at Om.

"And this young man…"

His voice rose emotionally.

"This young man has just discovered the largest Pure White Jade the world has ever seen."

The crowd exploded into chaos.

"Impossible!"

"This can't be real!"

"My God…"

Professor Raghu continued excitedly,

"Child… your discovery will create history."

Then his eyes narrowed thoughtfully.

"As for its value… it could easily be worth billions."

The entire hall froze.

"But honestly," he added while staring at the massive crystal, "looking at its size and purity… even billions may be an underestimate."

People around the hall almost stopped breathing.

Meanwhile—

Deepak looked completely shattered.

His face had gone pale.

He stood there like stone, staring at Om and the White Jade in utter disbelief.

But suddenly—

He snapped back to reality.

Immediately, he walked toward Om with a forced smile plastered across his face.

"Mr… your name?"

Om looked at him calmly.

"Om."

"Right, Om." Deepak smiled warmly as if nothing had happened earlier. "Forget all the previous misunderstandings. Small arguments happen in business all the time."

Then his eyes greedily locked onto the White Jade.

"So let me get straight to the point."

His tone became smooth and tempting.

"I am Deepak Dholera, Jade expert of Mofra Industries."

He spread his arms confidently.

"Sell this Jade to us."

The crowd instantly fell silent again.

"We'll give you three hundred crore rupees for it."

Sanaya's eyes widened.

Deepak continued without stopping.

"You'll also receive our luxury membership card, a bungalow, a supercar… and Mofra Industries will handle every expense of your life forever."

His smile widened greedily.

"Honestly, the Joshis can never give you a life like that."

Then he leaned slightly closer.

"But we can turn your life into heaven."

Before Om could answer—

Sanaya suddenly stepped forward angrily.

"Deepak, have you fallen this low?!"

Her eyes burned with disgust.

"A few minutes ago you were insulting him publicly, and now you're trying to buy him?"

She clenched her fists.

"How shameless can you get? You're completely blinded by greed."

But Deepak simply laughed.

"My dear, this is business."

He looked around proudly.

"And in business, money buys everything."

Then he turned back toward Om.

"Obviously Om wouldn't want to stay somewhere his talent isn't properly respected, right?"

His eyes narrowed.

"So what do you say, Om? Want to join Mofra?"

He smiled arrogantly.

"Opportunities like this don't come twice."

Om listened quietly.

Then suddenly…

He smiled.

"Honestly? The offer is pretty good."

Deepak's grin widened instantly.

But Om's next words froze him completely.

"The problem is…"

Om looked straight into his eyes.

"I don't run after money."

His voice turned cold.

"I'm attracted to a person's nature… not their wealth."

Then calmly, he added,

"And looking at you, I don't feel like you're even human."

The crowd gasped.

"You don't have a single quality worthy of being called a person."

Om tilted his head slightly.

"To me, you look more like a pet dog."

Deepak's smile vanished.

"A dog that Mofra throws bones at… and in return, you wag your tail happily."

The crowd burst into murmurs again.

Om shrugged casually.

"Sorry. I'm not interested in living like that."

Deepak's eyes burned red with fury.

For a few seconds, he simply stared at Om murderously.

Then suddenly—

He turned toward the crowd dramatically.

"I knew the Joshis' pet dog would answer like this!"

Then his expression became serious.

"But doesn't this feel strange to all of you?"

Everyone quieted down.

"A random unknown boy suddenly appears out of nowhere… and in a single attempt discovers a Pure White Jade?"

His voice echoed loudly through the hall.

"Do you people seriously think that's possible?"

People immediately began exchanging looks.

Deepak smirked internally.

"I think the Joshi family planned this entire thing."

Gasps spread again.

"They used this boy to increase their fame through some disgusting trick."

Then he raised his voice.

"Tell me honestly—is it really possible for such a massive, pure White Jade to appear like this?"

People slowly began whispering among themselves again.

"He has a point…"

"A High-Grade Jade this huge… sounds impossible."

"Mr. Deepak might be right."

"This definitely feels suspicious…"

"I never thought the Joshi family would do something like this…"

The atmosphere inside the hall started turning ugly.

Watching the crowd slowly believe Deepak's words—

Indrajit Joshi and Sanaya both felt panic rise inside them.

Because they immediately understood one thing.

Deepak had finally started playing dirty.
