On board the Lucrehulk, which served as the flagship for the Riflor Garrison. It was designated as the 'Rebirth', perhaps a hint at the commander's name 'Phoenix', but it could also be a referral to his uprising.
The Holotransmission between the Admiral and the Chancellor had just flickered into nothingness, and the crew onboard the bridge was silent. All eyes turned towards Admiral Phoenix, awaiting his call.
"Control: Dispatch Cruiser 2, 3, 5, 6 and-" He spoke, yet he suddenly halted mid-speech. His eyes narrowed slightly.
'Surely he must be aware of the sheer lack of possibilities in an all out fight between our fleets, meaning he intends to draw out a part of the fleet. Perhaps predicting my desire to prove myself.' He thought, his gaze falling on the Imperial Star Destroyer.
'He may have reinforcements, perhaps desiring to draw out parts of the garrison so that his reinforcements could handle the remaining ships.'
"Terminate said order, dispatch Cruiser 3 through 8. And transmit the command to M-138039. The remaining cruisers is to form procedure Dresh-3-Aurek." The man commanded as he stood up, and left the bridge. Passing the blast doors of the Lucrehulk bridge, before taking a sharp right and entering a room.
A single chair could be found in the midst of the room, and as he sat down. The projectors in the room lit up, transforming into the bridge of a Munificent-Class Star Frigate, M-138039.
"Admiral, setting course for sector 3, 75- 90." A droid helmsman spoke up, as the Munificent's engine flared up in response, maximum output.
"Contact Commodore Rancus and Tario, they will serve as our spears." He commanded, and the droids nodded. Working on setting up a direct connection between the two ships.
Phoenix and his fleet were mainly manned by organics when it came to the engines, guns, and crew. But large parts of the fleet was commanded by Tactical Droids, a measure to ensure he held full control of his fleet.
All ships had multiple droid detachments, and they served as the main foot soldiers for this fleet. At his constant insistence.
Yet, the major ships and some Munificents were commanded by talented organics from Riflor. Mainly the trio of Providence-Class Dreadnaughts, and 2 of the 5 Munificents.
And said individuals appeared on the massive screen of the Munificent-Class Star Frigate, split into 4 parts. Designated for each of the 4 organic Commanders.
"I originally intended to fight a battle of minds, but upon further deliberation. It suits us more to eradicate this threat, so we will charge forth with all we have. The Lucrehulk will lend us half of it's starfighter complement, and the Providence's will serve as our spearheads. With the Munificents supplying overwatch fire, understood?" Phoenix commanded, and the four screens showed each individual nodding.
"Munificents are to raise along the y-axis, 500 meters above the Providence's tip. And the P-1 and 2 will hold position, raise speed to 50 MGLT fleet-wide. The Starfighters will charge forth, we'd prefer to suffer zero casualties." Phoenix commanded, and before any could respond. The screen shut down, and silence enveloped Phoenix's bridge, as the droids worked silently.
---------------
Osric Del was at the head of the Lucrehulk's droid fighter command, serving as a Commander in the Riflor Navy, and his hands worked the station he sat at, having just recieved command from Admiral Phoenix.
Across the hangars of the Lucrehulk, 600 Vulture-Droids and 150 Hyena-Bombers awoke from their slumbers. Dropping down from the railing lining the roof, before they rushed out of the two main hangars and dozens of side hangars.
The Vultures formed a massive swarm, shielding the Hyena-Class Bombers as they charged forth, passing the 6 cruisers moving in to attack the Imperial Star Destroyer in the edge of the system, quickly closing in on the Imperial Star Destroyer.
Yet, in a surprising move. The 'Leviathan' made no attempts at resistance, no fighters exited their hangar, the only thing that stood in the way of the Vultures, were 8 scraps that had entered space.
The Lucrehulk had not identified the scrap, as it too far for their scanners to approximately pick it up, and eyesight was useless. Coupled with the hundreds of fighters, a few scrap hunks was of no importance.
And the Vultures were not alive, nor did their programming foresee the scraps of metal as anything on the registry of danger, and as such they simply ignored it.
.....
Phoenix watched as the Vultures closed in, his eyes narrowing in suprise as the 'Leviathan' remain wholly still, no movements, no defensive.
'Something's wrong, either he's got something planned. Or something has happened onboard the bridge, perhaps an uprising or assassination of sorts.' Phoenix thought, yet he felt the possibility of said outcome was annoyingly low.
He had read the reports of these reputable Wraith Troopers, elites in fighting onboard ships and protection. No small insurrection would happen onboard any ship carrying Wraith Troopers. Especially Rysell's flagship.
The man had become somewhat of a legend in the Empire, youngsters and elders looked at him with admiration, and Phoenix was certain his crew held him to the same standards of admiration.
'Which means he's got something planned.... well bring it o-' Phoenix thought, but was interrupted by massive blue rings of energy exploding in the middle of his Vulture swarm, the vultures who had formed a tight formation, was completely devestated by 6 united explotions of blue energy.
Each explotion rendered a critical part of the swarm inoperable.

"3/4ths of their fighter compliment, ruined instantly by 6 seismic charges. Holy fuck." The younger sensor's officer gasped out in shock and admiration, his eyes wide and mouth agape.
"That's your first and last warning, SO-4. Keep your mouth shut during operations." Luca said harshly to the young man that had just spoken, even though everyone was sharing his thoughts.
"It is quite fine, now deploy all bombers and escorts. Target the 5 Munificent, leave the centre one for last." Rysell spoke, and the Commander standing by the port-nook nodded, quickly commanding his team to deploy fighters.
"How's our firing arc looking?" Rysell asked as he turned towards the systems officer. "Point zero two minutes until they enter the besh firing-zone."
"Acknowledged, pilot mark your course." Rysell continued.
"One, Eight, Zero."
"Good, keep her steady and prepare for a hard port maneuvre."
