'Hey, why did you cut out early? I was hoping to talk to you about lunch later with my friends.'--Love
'Sorry, emergency came up. I will tell you more about it later.'--Joe
'Okay, well I just got off. Call me if you need any help.'--Love

Joe put his phone back in his pocket as he walked into the storage facility, rage was building up inside of him as he quickly went to the one he was renting out. Opening it up he walked in and turned on the lights, he growled as he saw Will standing in the corner, "REALLY WILL! I met you friend Jasper.
HOW THE HELL DO YOU OWE HIM TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT HIS LITTLE ART EXPERIMENT WITH MY HAND!!!" Joe screamed/growled as he finally looked at Will who was obviously having a low moment with his bipolar disorder.
"I told you everything. I told you everything, and now it's too late." Will sobbed as he moved to get away from Joe's shouting which only pissed him off more.
Joe rubbed his forehead and knew that the lower Will got in his little episode the harder it would be harder for him to get anything out of him, so unfortunately, he was going to miss lunch with Love and her friends to get the medicine. "Okay Will, you are obviously having problems at the moment, and we need to give you your meds. What do I need to do?"
He could easily instead and go to the lunch, but he also had a man trapped in a box here, he needed to care for his well-being first before something happened to the man, he didn't need him dead. He knew that he would need to go to that party so that he could get the free meds from...well whatever his name was.
Will didn't seem to be listening to him though as he just mumbled some things while leaning against the glass.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey. Will, listen to me, no one knows you're here. No one can take care of you if the guy you stole from murders me. Am I making sense?" Joe said while trying to get him to pay attention to the problem at hand, he knew that Will would lie about it.
"Rufus... he owes me 50 large. He's good, he just... Text him the code word." Will said but then went on a rant about being chipped which honestly was causing Joe a headache as all he needed was the code word so that he could get this over with.
Taking the phone that Will had before he locked him up, he found Rufus name before he began to send off the code word, he didn't' bother fighting with him when it came to meeting up. Looking at Will who was now laying on the bed he sighed and began to walk out, he would need to remember to pick up food for Will on his way back.

'I hate to do this, but I have to cancel our lunch Love.'--Joe
'Oh, that sucks. It is fine we can set it up for another time.'--Love
'For the record I am openly weeping.'--Joe
(Text Messages End.)
His phone rang at that moment, and he put some sadness into his voice as he drove towards the lunch meeting spot, "Yes?"
"Just calling to see if you were really crying, and it sounds like you are." She said and he could hear a little concern in her voice as she spoke.
He chuckled some, "Of course I am, I am missing lunch with you and no doubt your amazing friends. Why wouldn't I be upset."
She giggled into the phone just then, "I'm just so sorry I am not going to see you."
"Yeah, it really sucks. My friend is having a manic episode though, so between getting him his medicine and a trip to the hospital I need to handle this. We can set it up for another day though." He said as he parked the car right outside the restaurant where he could see Love was just about to enter.
"Oh, I am sorry. Are you okay?" She asked worried and he could tell from the expression on her face too.
Smiling he grabbed the flowers next to him and got out of the car, "Turn around and see."
She turned quickly and smile lit up on her face as she quickly pulled him into a hug, before she looked down to his hand where his makeshift bandage had some blood on it. She reached down and grabbed it making him wince a little as she tried her best not to move it around a lot, she took off her sunglasses looking it over.
He saw a flash of the anger in her eyes as she looked at his hand before she looked up gently cupping his face, "Are you sure you are okay? Do you want me to go to the hospital with you?"
He shook his head while leaning down and kissing het lightly before pulling back, "No, that is okay. It will be quick, and I will make sure to call you when it is all over, I need to have someone drive me home after all."
Her grin was huge as she nodded, "Okay then. I will talk to you later, make sure to call me the moment you are fine, I will explain it to my friends."
Before she could walk off, he handed her the flowers along with his debit card, when she raised her brow he explained, "Lunch is on me today. I might not have been able to be there, but the least I can do is pay for it for canceling at the last moment."
Beaming she kissed him quickly on the lips before practically skipping into the restaurant with him watching her hips swing the entire way inside.
[Mission #3
Description: Love wants you to meet her friends, but with Will slowly sinking into depression because of his disorder you might not be able to meet them until later like the original Joe. Change something different about this outcome that wasn't in the story.

Joe smiled, he was just glad that it wasn't low, but considering he had been honest this time while also doing something to make up for it she should have been a lot happier. Now he needed to go to the party, he would deal with pulling the reward later as it didn't matter at the moment.

(Love POV)
"I'm bummed. I was so ready to meet your new man-friend." Gabe said with a sigh as he leaned back into his chair while looking at her with slight pity.
She didn't need the pity though; Joe was someone she thought was special and she knew he wasn't lying.
"And by "meet", Gabe means "judge and deem unworthy"." Lucy said with a smile as she looked between her and Gabe.
"I'm sorry, who are you talking about?" Gabe said with a raised brow as they all knew that Lucy was really the first to judge a person rather than him being someone to do it first.
"Just ignore Lucy, she hates everyone." Sunrise said with a smile trying to get her friends to not fight as much as they were.
She leaned back and smiled at Sunrise and Lucy, they were so sweet together and she couldn't wait to go to their wedding it was going to be an amazing day for them. She was debating whether or not she should tell them about her feelings for Joe or hiding them, but then she knew that she shouldn't hide it from them.
"Joe and I kissed." She said causing them all to stop talking and look over to her.
"Oh My God." Gabe said looking at her with a raised brow.
"You kissed?" Lucy asked being the skeptic in the group.
"I love that!" Sunrise said always the happy one.
"Yes, and it was amazing." She said smiling silly as she thought about her kiss with Joe, it was nothing like she had remembered when she had been kissing James. There was a small pang in her heart, but at the same time she knew that she was falling hard for Joe.
"That's good. And how did Joe feel about it?" Lucy asked while watching her closely.
"I'm pretty sure he liked it too. He didn't look revolted if that is what you are asking." Love said while thinking that Joe did start the kiss before he left earlier so there was no doubt he liked her kisses.
"Well, that's good. How are you feeling about you two?" Sunrise asked ever being the optimist.
"I know I don't talk about... James much. I just really thought, you know... I met my soulmate, and that's done, and... so the rest of my life will be, like, you know..." She saw their pity looks and also felt like she had a heavy heart, but she kept going, "No, no, I'm... It's fine. But no one excites me, you know, no one makes me miss them... like James. But now I'll just be doing something... random and I'll miss Joe."
"Aw!" Lucy said finally seeing that she had real feelings for Joe.
"I don't even really know him." She said causing Sunrise to chuckle, "Am I being crazy?"
"Oh, no. No, I think that maybe... maybe you're falling for him a tiny bit." Gabe said with a wide grin looking proud of her which took some of the weight off of her chest.
"That's so terrifying." She said chuckling as they laughed because she could feel it in her heart that she was falling for him some.
"Aw. That's why we're here for you, beautiful." Gabe said before he leaned back and called out, "Waitress, bring us all the desserts! I want 'em all!"
"No." She chuckled but she smiled as she brought out Joe's card, "Well, Joe did say lunch was on him, why don't we punish him a little for missing lunch."
Their cheering caused her to laugh some more.
