When a Foundation Establishment Immortal from an Ancient Land Sect enters the mortal world, they are bound by five seals. The first seal allows them to use one-ten-thousandth of their power. The second, one-thousandth. The third, one percent. The fourth, ten percent. The fifth seal represents a full release of power, a true Foundation Establishment Immortal.
Normally, it is sufficient for a Foundation Establishment Immortal to traverse the world with only the first seal released. Only in battle would they release the second. Releasing the second seal invites the suppression of Heaven and Earth. Even if they defeat their enemy, they will be injured by the backlash.
The Zeus Tri-God Artifact of the Western Deity Race and the Holy Artifact of the Dark Church were only capable of defending against a Foundation Establishment Immortal at this level.
