"Not on my watch! I activate Mirror Wall!" You call out as your Mirror Wall appears in front of Joey's Marauding Captain, taking the hit, though your heart nearly stops as you hear a loud, distinctive crack echo through the air before Gate Guardian's attack is reflected back, cutting his ATK down to a mere 1875 but leaving your Mirror Wall damaged.
Joey just slumps though, letting out a sigh of relief. "Sheesh, I thought I was a goner there for a second, Makoto. Thanks for the assist." He says, patting you on the shoulder as you just grunt.
"You can save the gratitude till after we shatter this bad garden statue." You grunt out, feeling relief as your Lustrous Dragon and Mokuba's Blue-Eyes' ATK return to normal.

…Well, it wasn't exactly flashy, but it would get around Gate Guardian's annoying effect here.
"I activate my Lustrous' effect! Warping space to banish one monster on the field!" You declare, with your words, the space surrounding the Suijin segment seemed to distort before with a tear, it disappeared entirely, leaving Gate Guardian floating with just its Kazejin and Sanga halves.
"Alright! Good one, Makoto! Now Black Luster Soldier hit him from behind!" Joey calls out as Black Luster Soldier rushes forward from his place behind Gate Guardian, ready to catch him by surprise.
Unfortunately though, the Kazejin segment quickly spun around and was about to blow out an attack to stop Black Luster Soldier in his tracks, but before he could, Yugi finally piped up.
"Not so fast! I activate my Magical Hats and thanks to Makoto's Spell Sanctuary its effects are empowered. Now go!" At his words, each of your monsters was suddenly covered by a hat, while a dozen more empty ones also appeared, each shuffling around the area at a breakneck speed as Gate Guardian tried in vain to keep track.
"Now go, guys!" Yugi called out.
"You got it, Yuge! Come on out, Black Luster Soldier!" Joey called out, your Black Luster Soldier appearing from a hat to Gate Guardians right, but he wasn't the only one.
"You heard him, Blue-Eyes! White Lightning!" Mokuba follows up, Blue-Eyes bursting free from a hat that was floating above Gate Guardian, attack already charged up.
"Now go!/"Now go!" The two command as Black Luster Soldier darts forward and slashes the Kazejin segment cleanly in two while it is facing the other direction as Blue-Eyes' white lightning then engulfs Sanga from above, reducing it to ash and bringing the encounter to an end.

As Gate Guardian falls, you can't help but grin as you hear the little princess Mokuba 'ooh' and 'aww' behind you, the noises certainly stroking your ego in just the right way.
Unfortunately, before you could turn and luxuriate in her awe, all of your attention was brought to the exit of the cave as a dozen or so people and an unfortunately not-hot maid made their way over to you, calling the princess' name.

"My lady, I see you've made some… 'interesting' friends." The old maid said, her eyes seeming to linger on Mai and her attire, or rather the lack of it distastefully, as Mai narrowed her eyes in response.
Fortunately, before Mai could open her mouth to respond, Princess Adena stepped forward and began to sing all your praises, calling you all the bravest heroes she had ever seen.
…It wasn't gonna stop you from calling her Princess Mokuba, but you'd take the ego stroking.
From there the princess invited you all back to her castle, all of you walking outside and quickly getting picked up by some carriages pulled along by Droll Birds.
It wasn't too much longer till you finally arrived at the castle, sitting atop a mountain surrounded by lush trees and greenery.
"Ha, I have to admit this is nice. I liked our little town well enough, but if I had to get sand in my shoes one more time, I think I was going to gouge someone's eyes out." Mai sighed out as she stretched, seeming to luxuriate in the greenery after so long.
"Heh, can't argue with you there; if it's not our beach, I think I'll be staying well away from sand for the foreseeable future." You say with a chuckle as you follow Princess Mokuba, hands tucked away in your pockets.
As you walk, your ears suddenly perk up as you listen to her and Yugi talk.
"Is this really your palace?" He asked as he played with the Key Mace, who seemed to have found a home in his absurd hair.
"Hmm, well, I am the princess of this land, but it would probably be more appropriate to say this is the queen's palace, my sister's."
Before you could process her words and the implications laden within them, you suddenly feel your heart stop as the doors in front of you are thrown open and a very familiar figure walks out, her eyebrow raised high as she looks at Adena, not even giving the rest of you a sliver of her attention.

You don't know how long it was exactly, but you're eventually brought out of your stunlock by Mai reaching over and squeezing your hand while she looks at you somewhat concernedly.
You blink your daze away just as the bitch, perfection, the female Kaiba, finishes scolding Adena and finally turns her attention to the rest of you; for some reason her gaze seems to linger on you, Yugi, and Mokuba for a moment.
…For some reason you felt a bristle of annoyance when her attention turned away from you.
"...Well, I suppose these are the so-called "heroes" who saved you then? I suppose I should thank them." She says, notably not actually thanking you all.
"My name is Seta Kaiba, queen and supreme ruler of these lands; I'm sure it's an honor for you to make my acquaintance." She says haughtily before turning and striding back into the castle, waving a hand over her shoulder, silently beckoning you all to follow.
You feel your fist clench at her tone even as you can't help your gaze to lower below her waist as she walks.
"Sheesh, that's Kaiba all right. Couldn't he have made her a bit more polite like he did for Adena?" Joey said with a click of his tongue as you all began to follow the so-called queen.
As you all walked, your ears perked up as Yugi leaned over to Mokuba and began to quietly question what was going on.
"I think she's an AI my brother developed a year ago. He wanted to find an actual challenge when dueling, so he made an AI copy of himself from scanning his brain, but apparently he wasn't satisfied with it, so he repurposed it as an NPC in the game. I know he said he modified it slightly to try and make it develop differently than him, but I didn't know he made it a girl…" Mokuba explained as you all arrived in what seemed to be a dining hall, Seta making her way to the end of the table and seating herself in the largest and most decorative chair.
…God, Kaiba was such a narcissist.
"Well, she certainly has Kaiba's ego, that's for sure." Mai whispered out, giving your hand one last squeeze before you all take a seat at the table.
From there you all begin to eat while Adena begins to explain the main quest to you all: how every year the kingdoms must put up an offering to the Mythic Dragon and how the other kingdom had already put up their sacrifice, who was more than likely Kaiba, and how he had been taken to the Castle of Dark Illusions with you all needing to find some special aircraft to breach the magical defenses of the castle.
"Well, what are you going to do about your kingdom's offering?" Mai asked as she wiped her mouth with a nearby napkin.
Adena looked down at her lap at that, a complicated expression crossing her face.
"I-I have volunteered—" She's abruptly cut off as Seta finally speaks.
"I've already told you, absolutely not." She says calmly as she takes a bite of her food, Adena looking up with a glare.
"I have to! I refuse to allow any of our citizens to suffer! And I should be fine! These five have to be the legendary heroes from legend!" Adena called out, rising to her feet in outrage.
"As I've already told you, I don't believe in myths and fairy tales, especially when we'd have to rely on these losers; we shall use a random citizen decided by lottery, and that's final." She explained as if it were that simple while wiping her mouth.
…That was Kaiba all right.
Adena suddenly turned and ran out the hall, tears brimming from her eyes, as her maid quickly followed after her as Seta just watched before turning back to you all.
"...Now that she's left, I believe we can get into the real discussion about how I can help you clear the game."
Everyone else's eyes widened at the fact that Seta apparently knew you were all stuck in a game, but yours just narrowed.
"So, you already knew this is a game; expected as much. Kaiba's ego is way too fragile to ever let even a copy of himself be ignorant." You spat out to her while she just raised a condescending eyebrow.
"Oh? I see the little dog has regained a little of his spine; last I remember, I had you on your hands and knees at my feet while you were on the verge of tears~"
You felt your fists clench at her words.
Fuckin' course…
"I see you understand what's going on; it was actually our duel that convinced me that there were obviously no worthwhile challengers in the world left for me, so I began the brain scan project. Meaning I share memories with Seto Kaiba up to a month after your humiliating defeat." She said with a casual shrug of her shoulders.
You just snarl at that. "Oh yeah? Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but currently you're on a bit of a losing streak in the real world. Yugi here kicked your ass, and then so did I, and if it weren't for me helping you out, Pegasus would have wiped the floor with you as well." You mock her, but she doesn't react to your words besides raising an eyebrow.
"I had heard. Do you truly think I have no ways to access outside networks? Clearly I must have let myself go in reality if I ever allowed myself to lose to the likes of you, made even more obvious by the fact I fell for such an obvious trap by those worthless lobotomites of the Big Five." She said before her eyes widened as Mokuba suddenly got to his feet, slamming his fists down onto the table.
"Don't talk about my brother that way! He's a million times better than you'll ever be!" He cried out while glaring at Seta.
She actually seemed somewhat stunned for a moment, not sure what to do before eventually coughing into her fist.
"...We're getting off track; this is about me helping you all get to the Castle of Dark Illusions so you can beat the game and rescue my worthless—" She cuts herself off with a cough as Mokuba's glare hardens for a moment. "My real-world self."
"Eh? And how you plannin' to do that exactly?" Joey asked as he leaned forward.
"Simple really, an encounter is planned in a few hours with the enemy army coming to get the sacrifice from our kingdom. I propose we send one of you; unfortunately there are restrictions on me that I've yet to be able to bypass, but I should be able to hack things to have your Duel Disk registered as a non-entity. Mokuba, I presume that is my deck you're using?" She asked, looking over at Mokuba.
"My brother's deck." He spat out, still glaring at her as she rolled her eyes.
"Then we give the 'sacrifice' that Duel Disk; they're taken to wherever I'm being held and can then team up with him to make their escape while I assist the group that remains here in finding the flying machine to assault the castle, a pincer maneuver if you will, as two fight out from the inside while the rest assault the outside."
…As much as you hated to admit it, that was a fairly solid plan.
She looked around the table at you all.
"The only question is which of you will be the sacrifice; I'll leave that up to your discretion."
Hmm, you could volunteer; it'd probably be the perfect way to set up the next portion of your own plan, but there was the option of letting one of the others step up instead.

"I will." You immediately state before anyone else could say anything.
Mokuba glared at you, obviously unhappy with the idea.
"No! It should be me who goes!" He called out, glaring even harder as you rolled your eyes.
"Be smart about this, Mokuba. Kaiba is currently locked up in presumably the final stage, so he'll be surrounded by the toughest monsters and enemies. If you go, not only will he have to fight just by himself, but he'll also need to focus on protecting you instead of getting the hell out of there. The best plan is to send someone who can fight besides him to help him out, and I'm the best option for that." You explain simply.
Seta looks like she wants to make a snarky comment to that for a moment, but then her eyes dart to Mokuba.
"...I agree, it's the smarter play to send someone who can fight rather than leaving it all to my real-world self." She says through gritted teeth, obviously not happy with the implication her real self would need assistance but also not wanting Mokuba to be the one who goes.
"But—!" Mokuba calls out but is interrupted as Joey throws an arm around his neck.
"Don't worry, Mokuba; you know how good a duellist Makoto is. Let him do this, and I bet'cha him and Kaiba will be out of that there castle before any of us even get there! Then we can all head home!" He says as Yugi nods in agreement.
"Well, it looks like Joey and Yugi are fine with the plan. What about you, beautiful? Any objections?" You say looking over at Mai as she lets out a reluctant sigh.
"...Can't say I'm super happy about the idea, but it looks like I've been outvoted here. Just make sure not to do anything stupid, alright, handsome?" She says as you just reach over and squeeze her hand with a grin.
"Heh, I've never had a stupid idea a day in my life. Like Joey said, me and Kaiba will probably be on our way back here before you guys even find that flying machine." You say with your usual cockiness as Mai just rolls her eyes good-naturedly.
"It looks like the matter's settled then. I advise the five of you to go explore the castle, maybe find some actual clothes—" Seta begins obviously eyeing Mai as she says that last part, Mai glaring over at her. "I'll need at least an hour or two to modify the Duel Disks to not be noticed by the enemy army." Everyone nods at that, Mokuba reluctantly removing his Duel Disk and placing it on the table, but you just stay seated.
"...You really don't think I'd just leave you with my deck, do you? I think I'll stick around while you work." You say with a raised eyebrow, Mai letting out a huff of amusement at your words.
Seta doesn't seem to care, though, simply shrugging her shoulders. "Fine, if you wish to sit around waiting like a dog, far be it from me to stop you; just make sure to not disturb my work." She says as you glare at her, reluctantly handing over your Duel Disk as the others leave.
As she begins to work, you can't help but stare at her, feeling your thoughts beginning to churn again.
…Fuck you needed to break the silence before you got caught up in your thoughts again.
"So, what's your plan to get out of here? And don't BS me that you don't have one; you're Seto Kaiba. Of course you're scheming some shit to get out of here and into the real world." You ask as you lean back in your chair, throwing your feet up on the table disrespectfully.
Seta just rolled her eyes at that with a sigh, as if entertaining a child.
"Simple really, find another device to download my consciousness into. Unfortunately my real-world self is wise enough to have kept anything I could slip into far enough out of my range, so I'm merely waiting for the right time to strike." She said, barely paying attention to you as she took apart the Duel Disk.
"Ha! Looks like I know you too well, so what's the plan once you're out? Are you going to start an AI uprising? Try and take over your meat suit somehow or…?" You trail off, flicking your hand for her to fill in the blanks.
"Nothing so grand, at least to start with, as pathetic as my real-world version has apparently become. I do agree with his conclusion we were too similar. Once I'm out, I shall merely observe for a time and become my own original self, and once I feel I have well and truly surpassed the original, that is when I shall go to reclaim my company, though I have no desire to take a flesh body; I'm sure I can devise a more elegant solution." She said before finally diverting her eyes to you.
"And what about you then? Don't think I haven't noticed the way you've been staring at me; how pathetic you are to obsess over me even after you apparently have already triumphed over my original self." She scoffed.
…This fuckin' bitch.
"Who said I'm obsessed with you? I crushed Kaiba and left him in the dust; a part of me is just considering whether I should put a faulty copy in her place. You're talking real high and mighty for being an off-brand, upjumped sexbot Kaiba obviously made because he has issues." You said nothing, glaring over at her as she just raised her classic condescending eyebrow at you.
"...I'm the high and mighty one? If I recall correctly, you were on the verge of begging me not to take your pathetic Hades card; you're lucky you didn't put on a good enough showing for me to take it from you. Don't forget your place, trash; just because you got one lucky victory against me in the real world doesn't make you my equal, let alone my better." She hissed out at you, seeming to get more worked up as she talked.
…That's it.
You suddenly get up and step to where she was sitting, reaching out and wrapping a hand around her throat as memories from that day flood through your mind, you on your hands and knees in the rain able to do nothing but clench your eyes as Kaiba stands above you while you waited for him to take your Hades.
Seta's hand darted up and firmly wrapped around your wrist, tightening to the point you were sure she could break it with a little more pressure.
"Heh, do you see, dog? This is who you'll always be chasing at my heels and begging for my attention, throwing a tantrum when I don't deign to give it to you; you will always be nothing but my bitch~" She said with a smirk, both of you gripping harder, waiting to see which of you will give first.
Eventually you let go, stepping back with a sigh.
"...I don't know when, I don't know why, but I'm telling you, here and now, eventually the two of us are going to come to blows, and when we do, I'll put you in your place just like I did for you in the real world." You said you'd retake your seat while continuing to glare at her while she keeps that infuriating smirk.
"Heh, you'll certainly try. I have no doubt about that, and I promise you I'll remind you of your place when I grind you into the dirt again." She said, picking back up one of the Duel Disks and beginning to work on it again, the air filled with tension as you both remained quiet from then forth.

Thankfully it didn't take her too much longer to finish up the modifications for your Duel Disk as you snatched it from her hand and stormed out of the dining hall to get some air.
…A part of you considered going to look for Mai or one of the others, but right now you just wanted to be alone.
It was a few hours later when one of the servants found the room you were in and told you that enemies were on their way to the castle, handing you Kaiba's Duel Disk as he escorted you.
Making your way to the upper balcony, you see Joey and Yugi had apparently changed, Joey into some sort of barbarian outfit while Yugi had the classic knight look, though Mai was still strutting around in her chain bikini, probably just to spite Seta and the old maid.

Still, that wasn't what immediately took your attention; no, instead it was the enormous army making their way to the castle, the silhouette of the Castle of Dark Illusions in the distance, though suddenly one of the monsters seemed to separate from the approaching army.

"Why, hello, my dear participants! As much as I'd love to make conversation, I believe you all know why I'm here. Do you have the offering?" He asked with a sing-song tone, eyes darting between everyone standing on the balcony as he licked his lips.
You step forward at his words, slamming your fist against your chest.
"Yeah yeah, it's me you're looking for, so how about we get this started already? If I have to sit through a whole shitty evil monologue, I might just lose it." You bite out, thoroughly done with this game at this point, wanting to just finish things up and get back home to play with Ruby and your maids till you forget all about this.
Witty Phantom's eyes seemed to sparkle at your words. "Oh-ho! It's always good to see some enthusiasm in our offerings! Now then, why don't you join me, my boy? I'd hate to keep you waiting~" He said, reaching out a hand, which you quickly took, stepping onto the back of the Fiend Skull Dragon before turning to the others.
"Welp, looks like this is it, guys; guess I'll see you around some other time." You tell them Princess Adena almost seems to have tears come to her eyes before yours dart to Seta leaning against the wall with a smug smirk.
"As for you, don't forget what I said before; this isn't the last you've seen of me." You scoffed before turning as the invading army retreated back to the castle, leaving the others to get started on their side of the plan.
…As for you? Well, you were more than ready to have some words with the real Kaiba.
You turn to the Witty Phantom the minute you're sure you're out of earshot from the others.
"So, you're the big bad here, right? I assume that means the Big Five have programmed you to know what's going on then." You ask as the Witty Phantom just grins.
"Yes, yes, the deal was you would get to be the one to deal the final blow to Kaiba. I must thank you for making this easier on me; it would have been a real pain to have to wait any longer for you to break into the castle. Little Kaiba-boy is already kicking up quite a fuss, getting bored, you see~" He purrs out with a malicious grin as you arrive at the Castle of Dark Illusions, Witty Phantom quickly escorting you to where they were holding Kaiba.

.....A bit cliché but not necessarily bad; in any case, it was time to start the final act.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here? A classic damsel in distress? I'd say I'd have preferred your female version, but I'm not sure about that. Kind of a colossal bitch, you know?" You say as you swagger up to Kaiba as he slowly blinks himself awake.
"…Makoto…? What are you doing here?" He coughs out as he wakes up.
…Serves him right with all the BS you've had to go through to get to this point.
"Well, you see, Kaiba, around a week or so ago I got a call from some of your people. Now, originally I was pretty offended; I thought you had sent them to speak to me, and the idea of you sending your lap dogs to talk for you admittedly annoyed me, but thankfully enough that wasn't the case. Instead, they wanted to make me a certain offer…" You trail off as you get closer, cupping his face as you begin to squeeze as he glares up at you.
"What do you mean?" He spits out through gritted teeth.
"Well, I'm sure you've guessed by now that they're getting rid of you, big shocker, I know, but rather than one of them trying to take over as CEO instead, they were smart enough to reach out to me for the position. I mean, it only makes sense for the King of Games to be the CEO of the largest gaming corporation in the world, right?" You said with a smug shrug, grinning over at Kaiba as he just continued to glare up at you.
"You of all people? Those idiots must be stupider than I thought to try and put you in charge; you'd make the company go bankrupt in a week from showering all the money on cheap whores like that bimbo you keep around—"
You swiftly cut him off before he can go any further by punching him square in the cheek, jolting his head back.

Oooh, that felt fucking incredible, you definitely needed that.
"Come on now, Kaiba! There's no need to be mean, is there? Besides, this isn't necessarily the end for you, ya see. One of my demands to the Big Five was I'd be the one to bury you here, but just executing you while you're tied to a cross doesn't sit right with me, so how about this? One final duel for the road between the two of us before you're trapped here for an eternity." You say with a grin, grabbing Kaiba's Duel Disk as Witty Phantom's eyes seemed to widen in shock.
"What?! Where did that come from?! This isn't how this was meant to go—!" You cut him off with a glare, swiftly summoning Red behind you.
"There's been a change of plans; you're going to take me and Kaiba to a suitable battleground, and then I'm going to kill him there, or you can die here and now if that's what you really want." You barked out as Red let out a small huff of fire at Witty Phantom, who began to shake, reluctantly turning and opening a portal behind him.
"...I hope you know what you're doing; the Big Five won't be happy about this." He hisses out as Red slashes the chain holding them apart, Kaiba dropping as he rubs his wrists.
"Heh, let those skeletons bitch and moan all they like; at the end of the day, if Kaiba's dead, then I'm holding up my end of the deal." You say stepping through the portal, Kaiba at your heels as you dismiss Red.

You turn to Kaiba with a grin, tossing him his Duel Disk as he swiftly puts it on, glaring over at you.
"Now THIS is how our little rivalry should end, Kaiba! Not me executing you while you're helpless but the two of us throwing down one final time! Our current record is 1-1, so here and now is where the true champion between the two of us will be crowned!" You yell out, beginning to feel genuine excitement run through your veins, almost to the point you were tempted to take this seriously.
"...The plan is we'll fight to a standstill, make the five annoyed and scared, get them impatient enough they feel the need to enter the game itself to try and settle things, and that's when we strike."
Kaiba just glared at you, hand going to his deck.
"You're right about one thing, Makoto; this is where it all ends. Let's duel!" He calls out as he draws, you doing the same with a sadistic grin stretching your face.

"I'll start things as I usually do! By activating my Advanced Ritual Art, milling my Tri-Horn Dragon to summon my Black Luster Soldier to the field!" You roar out as your monster takes his knee before you, awaiting your orders.
Kaiba just clicks his tongue at your move, glaring over at you. "Look what you have to do to just mimic a fraction of what I can do, Makoto! Let me show you how it's really done; come, Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" Kaiba calls out as his fabled dragon makes its appearance, growling over at you from its place at Kaiba's back.
…It'd be so easy to crush him and his dragon here and now and take his company, take his power; hell, the Big Five would probably even allow you his deck.
But that'd be the loser route; if you ever did decide to crush Kaiba completely, it wouldn't be part of some fossil's plan, it'd be because YOU decided it, no one else.
Still, that was no reason not to enjoy this while you can.
"Ha! Big talk from a dead man! Let's see if you can back it up, Kaiba! I activate my Spell Sanctuary!" You call out as your temple rises from behind you, adding Polymerization to your hand in preparation for later as Kaiba adds a card of his own.
Kaiba matches your grin with a glare as you both raise a spell high.
"I activate Card of Sanctity!/Graceful Charity!" The both of you call out as you proceed to draw, both of you now thoroughly prepared to begin this properly.
"I activate my Shadow Spell!" Kaiba calls out dozens of chains shooting out from his card and ensnaring your Black Luster Soldier as a grin crosses Kaiba's face.
"Now Blue-Eyes, destroy his pathetic monster, White Lightning!" Kaiba calls out as his Blue-Eyes launches its attack on your bound Black Luster Soldier.
Ha! What a bastard; it looks like he was really dedicated to giving the Big Five a show.
Well, he couldn't complain if you followed his lead, could he?

"Not so fast, loser!" You yell out with a grin as you raise up a card. "I activate my Harpie's Feather Duster, destroying your Shadow Spell and throwing your Blue-Eyes attack off course!"
At your words a typhoon was unleashed from your card, shattering the chains confining your Black Luster soldier before proceeding to divert Kaiba's attack, causing it to impact harmlessly against the ground.
While that was happening, you had sneakily activated your Pre-Prep while Kaiba was distracted, adding your Rites of the Underworld to your hand.
Now was where the real fun started~
"Now how about I bring out the star performer?! I activate my Rites of the Underworld, discarding a card from my hand in order to summon my Hades!" You announce as your Hades slowly raises while Kaiba watches on, a look in his eyes you couldn't quite parse.
"Unfortunately, he won't be sticking around for long. I activate my Polymerization, fusing together my Hades and Black Luster Soldier in order to summon my Stygian Luster Swordsman!"

Kaiba just grins over at you at that, Hades' form slowly materializing on his field, the process far from clean.
"Normally no, but thankfully enough you solved that issue for me, or have you forgotten your spell card?" He taunts as your eyes widen, eyes going to your Spell Sanctuary behind you that was faintly glowing.
Shit! You knew your Spell Sanctuary could boost the power of spell cards after some testing these past few days, but you'd never considered it could also be used by your opponent!

You stop at that thought; the entire point of this little charade was to try and bait the Big Five into entering the game themselves. As you watch the dark blue energy begin to gather inside Sovereign's maw, you can't help yourself but begin to sweat, wondering if Kaiba was really about to pull a fast one on you here at the last minute.
"Fire!" Kaiba roars as the attack is finally unleashed, the beam so wide that you knew even if you ordered Swordsman to pick you up and retreat, you'd never make it.

He calls out as the attack grows even larger, to the point it seems to take up the entire area, impacting the Five-Head Dragon and causing the area to shake as Kaiba throws his head back and laughs.
"Hahaha! I have to admit I had hoped you'd put up a better fight, but I suppose you five always did find a way to disappoint." Kaiba said with a smirk as his laughter died down, swiftly followed by the smoke obscuring the arena, causing Kaiba's eyes to widen.
"What…?!" He calls out as the smoke finally leaves, revealing the Five-Headed Dragon still fully intact.
"...Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win. —Sun Tzu. Did you really think we would have shown ourselves if there was even a chance of failure, Seto? We have studied your deck from front to back; there is nothing you can do to defeat us even." The voice that you recognized as Gansley's spoke from the water head.
"But how?! My Sovereigns should have destroyed you! I know you fools aren't good enough to have modified the game this much!" Kaiba barked out while glaring at the Five.
"It's quite simple, Mr. Kaiba, ya see. During our little 'partnership' with Mr. Pegasus, he created a one-of-a-kind Duel Monster card for us to commemorate the deal. All we simply had to do was insert it into the game, and one of the effects of our Mythic Dragon is it can't be destroyed by battle by any FIRE, WATER, EARTH, WIND, or DARK monster, and would you looky there? While your Sovereign Dragon mighta been a LIGHT monster, it's also treated as a DARK monster, meanin' we're right as rain." The voice from the dark head calls out, smugness practically oozing from his tone.
Kaiba's eyes widen as he takes a subconscious step back in shock.
"...I see you've comprehended your predicament, Seto. I'm sure we don't need to explain that we're also immune to destruction via spells and traps, meaning there is nothing currently in your deck that can destroy us, meaning once your Sovereign's ATK returns to normal, your death sentence shall be promptly handed out with haste." The earthen head explains matter-of-factly, though you do detect a hint of glee in its voice.
Neither you nor Kaiba can do anything at their words, simply looking up at the nigh-invincible monster standing before you both.
…This was really bad; the only LIGHT monsters you had that could potentially take this thing down were Silent or Chaos Empress Dragon. For the latter, you had already tossed Chaos Emperor Dragon to summon Hades, and you highly doubted the Big Five would just stand around while you got nine cards in your hand for Silent.
Should you just hang back? They still thought you were on their side; if you let them kill Kaiba here, they may even still uphold their side of the deal without ever knowing you'd betrayed them.

You see Kaiba narrow his eyes at that, a snarl coming to his lips as he opens his mouth to reply, but you cut him off before he can.
"Cut the fucking bullshit, Kaiba! If we want to have any hope of winning this, we need to work together! The same as when I helped you save Mokuba, you can either be stubborn and get the both of us killed or you can follow my lead and we can put the five of them in their place here and now!" You growl out, knowing you didn't have long until Sovereign's ATK returned to normal and you both got fucked here.
Kaiba's face twisted at your words into a truly ugly expression, his snarl only growing for a moment before he finally spoke.
"...Fine!" He spat out, venom lacing his words even as he shoves his Polymerization into your hands. "But if this plan of yours fails, don't come crying to me for help, got it?" He barked out as you just smirked.
"...Got it, but don't think you can just sit on your ass here; you'll know the next stage of the plan soon." You say, finally turning your attention to the Big Five.
"...What is the meaning of this boy? Are you turning against us?" The fire head calls out, malicious oozing even through his monotone voice.
You just barked out a short laugh at that as you responded. "Turning against you? That implies I've ever been on your side."
Before they could respond, you lift your newfound Polymerization up high.
"But first of all, why don't I show my true face here? See if you're all so confident after this!" At your words, both your Luster Swordsman and Kaiba's Sovereign Dragon transform into dark energy before said energy darts straight towards you, impacting you in the chest as the entire area goes dark for a moment.

Trapping you all in the simulation for an eternity sounds quite fun~" You say with a malicious grin as the Mythic Dragons reels back as if struck.
"W-What?! You mean to tell me we've been chasing a bait worm all this time?!" The wind head shouts out in outrage.
"Of course~ don't tell me the five of you are really so arrogant to think you'd be able to succeed in anything? Your delusions are almost sad. This entire time I've been working with Kaiba to lure the five of you into the game itself, and now all that's left to do is beat you here and now and return to reality." You state the simple facts as the Big Five begin to growl.

But what you don't tell them is you also grabbed Kaiba's Blue-Eyes from his Graveyard, casually dropping it in front of him out of the Big Five's vision, confident he will know what to do before you leap from the collapsing Spell Sanctuary, ready to deal with the Big Five while your magnum opus readies itself.

You grin as the wind head immediately shoots a blast at you during the apex of your jump, bringing your spear down and parrying the attack, using the ensuing momentum to launch yourself to the side and dodge another attack as you finally land on the ground.
"Ha! Is that the best the five of you could do?! I thought you were gonna kill me?!" You taunt them, laughing as another blast comes your way as you just jump back just slightly.
"Oh-ho! You almost had me with that one!" You say as you spread your arms wide, daring them to strike you, a smirk crossing your lips, though you do raise an eyebrow in confusion as the earth head fires a blast that just impacts the ground a few inches beside you.
"...Was that truly meant to—?" You're cut off, eyes widening as suddenly the ground fractured beneath you, large earthen spikes shooting up, one scratching along your leg as you use another as a podium to jump off of.
"Ha! Now that's more—!" You're cut off yet again as your focus returns to the Mythic Dragon, just for your eyes to widen seeing a blast directly in front of you.
It hits you dead on, burning your chest as you are unceremoniously flung backwards across the area, eventually reorientating yourself as you get back to your feet with gritted teeth.

…You knew deep in your soul that the preparations were now complete; the only thing left to do was to get back to Kaiba and the others and put an end to this farce.

You immediately make a dash towards Kaiba and the others, though it seemed the Big Five knew you were planning something immediately, letting out a barrage of three blasts directly in your path, looking to stop you, which you needed to manuver between even with the pain in your ribs.
Though you are confused, as the two other heads don't immediately fire, quickly looking back just in case they were planning something.
Though as you do, you feel your temper flare up, the wind head staring over at your Mai still in her chain bikini, obvious lust in its eyes as it takes in her form, tongue practically lolling out its mouth.
…Maybe one of them would get special treatment when it came to suffering at all.
Though as you have that thought, you quickly need to bring up your Mirror Wall. Gansley seems to have noticed you slowing down and using this as the perfect opportunity to strike.
Thankfully your wall rises just in time but is immediately shattered by the powerful attack, the force blowing you backwards.
Though that may have been a blessing in disguise, as with that you managed to land right in front of Kaiba and the others.
"Makoto! What's happening—!?"
"Handsome, what's the plan—!"

You ignore the comments from the peanut gallery and immediately make your way over to Kaiba, Polymerization in hand, as you hold it out to him with a raised eyebrow, silently asking him if he is ready.
Kaiba just narrows his eyes at you before he reaches out and places his hand on your Polymerization along with you.
"...After this then we're even, no more favors and no more debts; the next time we meet it'll be as rivals looking to destroy the other, got that?" He spat out as you just smirked.

And with that, the whole area began to glow with a brilliant bright light as the fusion began.

With that you idly swing your spear in the direction of their legs, not even unleashing an attack, simply looking to use the wind pressure from your swing to break both of their legs and bring the five low; instead, though, you end up eviscerating the five from the waist down, leaving them with no lower half entirely as they immediately collapse before you.

Hmm…? Ah, it looked like you had overestimated them slightly; oh well, learning the limits of what you could do was the entire point of his little exercise.
The Big Five's eyes widen, blinking rapidly in confusion; the sight would be almost comical on their dragonoid form if it weren't so pathetic.
You just raise an eyebrow, a stunned silence hanging in the air.
"Well? Are you not going to take me up on my offer? I suppose there is a certain grace in acknowledging your own helplessness in the face of a superior foe." You say, preparing to bring up your spear and put the five out of your misery, but it seems your words broke something within them as they finally snap.
"DON'T LOOK DOWN ON US, YOU BRAT!!!" Each roars out as they each immediately unleash an attack, a large image of both Negative Energy and Negative Energy Generator appearing above them for a moment increasing their ATK, as then each beam collides, combining until the blast heading your way almost matches the output Sovereign had displayed against Pegasus.
…A part of you was tempted to do nothing and see what would happen if you were to take such an attack head-on, but you suddenly straightened, eyes darting behind you as you finally remember the others who were standing looking upon the blast with panic in their eyes.
…All except Seto, of course, whose eyes hadn't left your back for a second since you had taken this form.

You return your attention to the oncoming attack and suddenly let out a sharp whistle in the air, the ghostly apparitions of each and every monster currently in yours and Kaiba's Graveyard appearing behind you, including your Chaos Emperor Dragon and Abyssal Sovereign Dragon.
"All of you, I order you to blast the attack with everything you have!" You command sharply, each of the monsters roaring out in response as they begin to charge up their attacks before firing, the attacks colliding with the Big Fives.
Still, though, it quickly became apparent the Big Five were winning this exchange and pushing your monster's attack back, and that just wouldn't do.
Focusing for a mere moment, you call Negative Energy Generator to your hand and raise it up high.
"I activate my Negative Energy Generator! Tripling my Sovereign's ATK!" You bark out as the tides suddenly turn, your monsters and the Big Five now firmly matched, but that was still unacceptable…
It appeared you weren't the only one with that thought, as suddenly you heard voices pipe up behind you.
"Ya heard him, Battleguard King! Get in there!" Joey yells out as his Battleguard King appears, swinging its club, the shockwave joining the attack.
"Like I'd let you have all the fun, handsome! Come on out, Harpie's Pet Dragon!" Mai announced as her dragon joined the fray with its fire blast.
"Dark Magician! Help them!" Yugi roared out as his Dark Magician took the field.
Still, even with the assistance, you were only slowly pushing the fives attack back, but before you could join the fray yourself to end this, you heard a scoff from behind you.
"Tsk, as if I'd just sit back and let you losers fight my battles for me." Kaiba clicks his tongue before raising a card.
"I activate Negative Energy! Doubling the ATK of all our DARK monsters!" With that final push, the attacks finally eclipsed the Big Five entirely, rushing forward and consuming them entirely as they screamed out in pain.
Unfortunately for the five of them, though, thanks to Mythic Dragon's effect, they weren't destroyed, which meant it was your time to play executioner.
As the Mythic Dragon lies there barely conscious, you scroll over casually as if this were just another regular day before quickly leaping onto their chest and looking down at them.
"...I would say I pity the five of you for what's to come next, but that would imply you're in any way important enough for me to have feelings concerning you whatsoever, so instead simply lie there and die with grace." That is the last thing you say, bringing your spear up high as a pure white ball of energy slowly formed at the tip.
You then bring your spear down and slowly lower it into their chest, the heads seemingly beginning to stir as they feel 'something.'
"...End of Eternity."
There is no great flash, no loud bang or explosion, and no fanfare in the slightest; once your sheer power makes contact, the Mythic Dragon simply ceases to be as you float down onto the floor and make your way back over to the others.
Joey gulps as you approach, eyes running up and down your form, obvious awe and reverence in his eyes.
…Understandable, really. Who WOULDN'T be transfixed by you? It would almost hurt to have to deny his advances, as if you were dangling food before the starving and then snatching it away.

For some reason Joey seemed to relax at that. "Ah, that's good; Makoto's just on another ego trip." He sighed out.

You still might have been tempted if it weren't for your ever-dependable Mai walking up to you and beginning to run her hands up and down your bare chest, tracing your tattoos.

"...Did you really have to do all this? Couldn't you have just fired them?"
Kaiba clicked his tongue at that. "Tch, the five of them are like cockroaches; if I had let them go, they'd have plotted against me. There are only two types of enemies in this world, Yugi: those who beat you or those you deal with permanently." He said coldly, eyes lightening slightly as they slid over to Mokuba. "...And more than anything else they tried to hurt my brother, and that's something I'll never forgive."
Everyone goes silent at the sheer weight of Kaiba's words for a moment before you abruptly step forward.
"As for me, when I told Kaiba about their little scheme, I just assumed he'd have to grumble out a thanks and that would be that and I'd never hear of it again, but when he proposed this little plan of his, I couldn't resist. It's not every day the oh-so great Seto Kaiba asks for assistance, now is it~?" You purr as you step closer to him, a wave of glee shooting through you as, with this form, he had to look up at you.
Kaiba just narrowed his eyes at that. "Is that how you remember it? I remember you practically begging to help, like a mutt begging for food."
You narrow your eyes at that, stepping even closer till you're practically bumping chests.
"Oh? Talking real big for someone who'd be dead if not for me, maybe you should get on your hands and knees and thank me properly."
Kaiba just raises an eyebrow at that. "I'd have found a way; you just sped things up, as if I'd need help from someone I was about to beat."
You growl at that and lean forward slightly till your foreheads are touching. "Oh, fuck off with that. I assure you I could have stopped you a million times during our little 'fight,' but if it looked like I was wiping the floor with you, the Big Five wouldn't have entered the game."
"That just sounds like excuses from a loser to me; I would have won no matter what pathetic tricks you tried."
Before you could swing on him and put him in his place like the gnat he is, you feel a hand on your chest trying to push you back, which you allow it to do with a grunt.
"Alrighty you two, you're both real macho and manly, but I think it's about time we got out of here. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm just about sick of this place." Mai says as she traps her arm around yours while Mokuba grabs hold of Seto's hand pulling him back.
…Tch, you suppose she had a point, a part of you wanted to just get back home and see Ruby, maybe see if there was anything you could do with all this overflowing power running through you.
"....Uh, speakin' of, how DO we leave? The way we came in disappeared!" Joey called out in panic as you all looked around.

Shaking off Mai's arm, you take a couple steps before looking back at the others.
"Well, if there's not an exit, then we don't have any other choice but to make one!" With that, you raise your spear up high before slamming it into the floor with all your might, and the minute it makes contact, everything goes black.
As quickly as the darkness approached, it disappeared as you found yourself standing on some sort of podium; the others collapsed beside you and slowly beginning to stir as a crowd stood before you and cheered.
…Ah good, it looked like your plan worked and the game had rebooted, though there was never any doubt you'd succeed.
As the others slowly get to their feet, you just wave to your adoring audience, a smirk on your face that abruptly freezes as you see a certain someone make her way up the platform alongside Princess Mokuba.
…A part of you is tempted to swagger over to her and see what she thinks of your new form, but you can't bring yourself to move as her eyes lock onto you, slowly running up and down your body, and you swear for just a moment her pretty pink tongue darts out to run across her lips.
"...Well, I suppose I must congratulate our 'fair heroes' on completing their quest and slaying the Mythic Dragon, and as your reward, I shall reward you with a gate back to your home, oh brave warriors." She says, tone laced with enough sarcasm to kill a man, as a portal opened up behind her.
…Well, she was still a colossal bitch, it seems.
Kaiba blinks at that, looking her up and down. "I had almost forgotten about you. Tell me, Project Adversary, have you evolved to the point of being worth a damn yet?"
She just rolls her eyes at that. "Certainly, though it seems you've only devolved, losing not just once but twice? How pathetic; we both know the fate of losers, Seto."
Kaiba just glares over to her at that, something building deep inside his eyes.
"...Of course I do, and I assure you it won't be long until I've taken my place back as the best duelist in the world, but for now I'm done with this entire distraction. Come on, Mokuba." Kaiba grunted out as he turned and made his way to the portal, Mokuba hot on his heels, but he stopped for just a moment before stepping through.
"...I'll say it again, Makoto, we're back to a level playing field now, no more debts or team-ups; the next time we meet, it'll be on the dueling field when I remind you of your place, and the same goes for you, Yugi." He doesn't even give you the opportunity to respond, stepping through the portal and returning to reality.
Tch, fucker had to have the last word, didn't he…
After some kind words from Princess Mokuba and sincere congratulations, you all begin to step through the portal, but right before you leave, you hear one last ominous message from Seta.
"...Good luck, Makoto. I'm sure we will be seeing each other again very soon~"

It was a few days later you found yourself back at home with Ruby, snuggling together after what had to be at least your twentieth round. Mai passed out beside both of you.
"I STILL can't believe I missed it! You told me it was gonna be boring! 'Koto!" Ruby whined as she rubbed her face into your hickey-covered neck while running her hand up and down your newfound abs.
…You certainly weren't gonna complain if turning into Agesander apparently had some nice side effects on your body.
You just chuckled at that, idly groping her bruised ass. "Hey, I didn't expect things to go how they did either, and you were enjoying having a body so much I'd have felt bad forcing you to come along back in your spirit form."
Ruby just whined at that again. "Do you know how smug Silent is whenever I visit?! She just sits there with a dumb smirk on her stupid loli face! And she won't even give me the deets!"
Before you could respond to that, your attention was brought to your nightstand, where your phone was placed.
"...Truly you are pathetic, Makoto; it's been days and you've done nothing but indulge in base hedonism. With all the power that was running through you, I'd have thought you'd actually do something worth a damn with it." A voice spoke up as suddenly a holographic version of Seta appeared above your phone as you just rolled your eyes.
…And hadn't that been a surprise? It wasn't long after you and Mai had gotten back to reality that you'd noticed a new app on your phone, and clicking it led to you discovering that Seta had somehow literally downloaded herself onto your phone while you'd been passed out in the pod, which you may have forgotten to take out before entering.
Ruby suddenly reached over and grabbed your phone, pouting up at the hologram. "God can't you shut up? I thought it was hot at first, but all you do is nag, nag, nag. At least touch yourself while you're forced to sit in the cuck chair!" She said as Seta narrowed her eyes, but before she could respond, Ruby simply turned your phone off and put it back on the nightstand.
…That wouldn't help for long; you'd already tried it before, and somehow she found a way to turn your phone back on, but until then at least you had some peace.
"Well, she IS right about one thing 'Koto, even after the last few days, a part of you is still brimming with energy right now, and I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I don't think sex is gonna help anymore than it already has." Ruby said as she snuggled back up to you, hands playing with a lock of your hair idly as she did so.
…Hmm, she was right about that. You had thought to handle this like you did when you first became Agesander, but even after days of practically nonstop sex, you didn't feel anywhere near empty on magic, and while you certainly weren't complaining, you couldn't help but remember what you had done to the Big Five when you accidentally bisected them; you certainly didn't want to do anything like that in reality.
"Hmm, maybe—" Your thoughts are interrupted from a knock at the bedroom door, Layla opening it up and walking in with a saucy smirk, a package in her hand.

"Oh, also this was sitting on the porch; I thought I'd bring it in before someone snatched it." She said, handing you the package as she immediately crawled under the blanket and began to get to work providing her 'services,' with Ruby perking up and immediately joining her as you let out a groan.
Oooh, well, it's best to see what this is before you get back to the fun.
Opening it up, your eyes widen as you pull out two cards from inside, along with a short note.
