Clone B — Turn 11
Jason tapped his newly drawn card with a soft chuckle, the kind that made the air feel colder than it should."My field seems… empty," he said, spreading his arms theatrically. "Let's remedy that, shall we?"He snapped a card forward."I activate Allure of Darkness. I draw two cards… and banish one DARK monster from my hand."
The shadows swelled behind him as the chosen monster—another Destiny HERO—was ripped from his hand and devoured by swirling black tendrils. They hissed like hungry serpents, satisfied with their offering.Jason inhaled deeply, savoring the surge of dark energy curling around him."Good. Now… once more, I bend the battlefield to my will."
He slammed down another card.
"Soul Exchange!"A violent gust tore across the arena as Connor's two monsters froze mid-motion, their auras dissolving into drifting motes of energy. Jason's own remaining monster stiffened as well, the spell claiming it as a tribute.
"All three of these will serve me," Jason declared, his eyes flashing with cold authority. "I tribute them to summon…"He thrust a hand upward."Destiny HERO — Dogma!"A column of violet flame erupted from the ground. Through the blaze rose Dogma—towering, armored in jagged obsidian plating, wings stretched wide like the shadow of a falling guillotine. Its arrival warped the arena's lighting, plunging half the field into an oppressive gloom.Dogma roared——and then convulsed as divine pressure forced it downward.
Above them, Slifer's serpentine eyes narrowed. The Red God's oppressive aura lashed across Dogma's form, constricting it like a living clamp.Jason clenched his jaw as Dogma's stats flickered."Of course," he hissed. "Slifer's effect,Each monster that gets summoned loses 2000 attack points, any less and they are destroyed."Dogma's imposing energy dimmed, its power suppressed.
Original ATK: 3400
Slifer's reduction: –2000
Final ATK: 1400
Jason exhaled, annoyed but undeterred."Fine. If my monster is weakened… I'll simply make that weakness your problem." He pointed sharply at Atem.
"Dogma! Attack Yugi's Life Points directly!"
Dogma shot forward, its massive fist raised, black flames spiraling along its arm. The impact would have leveled the field——but Atem's eyes flashed, sharp and unyielding."I activate Magic Cylinder!"Twin golden cylinders materialized, swirling with sealing runes. Dogma's attack was sucked violently into the first, compressed into a spiraling beam of corrupted flame—then redirected through the second straight toward Jason.
The blast struck him like a collapsing star.Jason staggered backward, coat whipping around him, the shockwave cracking the stone beneath his feet. For a moment, the arena went silent except for Dogma's low growl and the fading echo of redirected energy.
The life point counter blared:Clone B – Jason
LP: 4000 → 2600
He wiped a bit of dust from his cheek and let out a slow, dangerous laugh.
Turn 12 — Connor
Jason folded his arms, Dogma looming behind him like a living executioner.
"Dogma's effect activates," Jason announced, voice coated in dark satisfaction. "At the start of your next Standby Phase… every one of you loses half your Life Points."
Dogma's eyes ignited with a sickly violet light. A ripple of oppressive energy washed across the arena, carving an invisible brand into each duelist's aura.
Connor LP: 4000 → 2000
Odion LP: 4000 → 2000
Atem LP: 4000 → 2000
A shockwave of dread rolled through the group. Even Slifer snarled.
Jason smirked. "Your life points… halved. The countdown begins."
But Connor only chuckled.
He drew with a dramatic flourish, spinning the card between his fingers before snapping it upright.
His grin widened instantly.
"Oh Jason… you are so in trouble now."
Jason's eyes narrowed.
Connor slapped two fingers onto his duel disk. "I banish Chaos Sorcerer from my field… and Airknight Parshath from my Graveyard—"
A swirling vortex of light and shadow erupted behind him, spiraling into a cosmic gateway.
"—to Special Summon…"
He thrust a card into the storm.
"Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning!"
The vortex exploded outward, and from its depths emerged a towering warrior clad in black and gold armor. Its blade hummed with ancient power, cleaving a line of light across the arena floor. The air trembled beneath its presence.
ATK: 3000
Odion folded his arms, nodding with solemn approval.
"A sacred warrior descends… fitting for this moment."
Connor pointed directly at Jason's remaining monster.
"Black Luster Soldier – attack Dogma!
Chaos Blade—strike down his last clone!"
The Envoy lunged forward, blade crackling with divine and arcane fusion. The impact would have torn Dogma apart—
—but Jason's clone eyes flared crimson.
"I activate Waboku!"
Three ethereal priestesses materialized, forming a protective barrier around Dogma. The Soldier's blade slammed into the shimmering wall, sending shockwaves through the arena but failing to destroy the HERO.
Jason clone exhaled through a sharp smile.
"Not so fast,I am not that easy to get rid of."
Connor shrugged, confident and unfazed.
"Fine. I'll save the finishing blow for next turn."
He tapped another card and slid it facedown onto his duel disk.
"I set one card," Connor said calmly. "And with that, I end my turn."
Black Luster Soldier lowered its blade but continued to radiate pressure. Dogma, though weakened by Slifer, glared back defiantly. Lightning crackled between the gods, warriors, and duelists as the battlefield's tension climbed toward a breaking point.
Turn 13 — Odion
Odion drew his next card with the graceful precision of a priest performing a sacred rite. His expression remained unreadable—calm, disciplined, as if the chaos around him were nothing more than a passing desert wind.
"I set one card," he announced, sliding the card onto his Duel Disk with ceremonial care. The facedown materialized in a flare of golden sand-like particles. "And with that… I end my turn."
Jason Prime tilted his head, studying Odion with a predator's interest. The aura behind him pulsed—Zorc's darkness coiling like a living shadow eager for blood. Ra's essence flickered within him as well, the sun-god's energy thrashing faintly, unwilling but bound.
His eyes narrowed to slits of molten gold.
"Your stalling is pointless," Jason Prime said, voice dipped in disdain. "Whatever you're plotting… it won't save you. Not when your very destinies are collapsing."
Turn 14 — Atem
Atem's eyes sharpened as he revealed the card he had drawn.
"I activate Change of Heart."
A ripple of divine magic swept across the field; ghostly wings unfurled behind the Pharaoh as the spell took effect. Dogma staggered as if seized by invisible chains. Its eyes flashed—once loyal to Jason, now forcibly compelled toward Atem.
Jason Prime's expression twitched.
Dogma knelt before Atem, its allegiance rewritten by a spell as old as the duel itself.
"With control of your Dogma," Atem continued firmly, "I tribute him… to summon Catapult Turtle in Defense Mode!"
Dogma dissolved into beams of light, fed into a rising silhouette of mechanical armor—a massive turtle war-machine assembling itself from metallic plates and glowing circuitry. Its cannon hummed, locking into defensive posture as it took the field.
Odion nodded. Connor smirked.
Jason Prime… laughed.
"Nice try, Atem."
His voice was sharp—almost venomous. "But you won't get to use that creature."
He raised a hand, and the shadows around him tightened like a noose.
"I chain Solemn Judgment!"
A massive stone tablet erupted from the arena floor, a divine decree cracking across its surface. Light speared downward—judgment delivered instantly.
"You pay half your Life Points to negate the summon," Atem stated calmly.
Jason Prime nodded.
"Half my Life Points?" His grin widened to something deranged. "I barely have any left to begin with."
The life counter flickered:
Jason Prime: 100 → 50
Catapult Turtle shattered before it ever completed its materialization, scattering into dust that was swallowed by Jason's oppressive aura.
"Then I activate Pot of Greed," he declared. "I draw—two cards."
A phantom jar burst open, energy spiraling around him as his hand refreshed with new power.
He examined the cards silently, then made his move.
He snapped the card onto his Duel Disk.
"I activate Double Summon!"
"This turn," Atem continued,"I am permitted… two Normal Summons."
"I set one monster face-down," he said, placing the card with deliberate care. "And one card face-down in my Spell and Trap Zone."
Two holograms shimmered into place—mystery veiled in light.
Atem's gaze lifted to Jason Prime.
"My turn ends."
