Chapter 111 - Yahweh vs Eve

Her black hair swayed slightly as the air thickened around her, heavy with a darkness that shouldn't exist.

She stared at Yahweh with blue eyes that looked dead enough to frighten even the living.

"I'm going to kill you."

"Then come," he whispered.

And the moment he said it, something invisible slammed down on the battlefield like a divine guillotine.

Alexander's body froze.

Kai's muscles locked instantly, like his nervous system had been grabbed by an unseen hand.

Don tried to step forward but pain split through his bones like lightning while his leg buckled.

Seraphina's wings trembled. She tried to lift them, to shield Eve, to do something but the pressure crushed her wings into her back.

Vincent gritted his teeth, fighting through the weight like a man trying to punch the ocean.

His arms shook violently and was unable to move an inch.

Dr. Jin was already on his knees, palms against the ground, gasping like the gravity had multiplied a hundred times.

Alexander's fists trembled so violently they blurred.

"Eve!" he roared, voice ripping raw. "EVE!!"

Because Yahweh wasn't just holding them back.

He was warning them.

Interfere… and die.

Yahweh's gaze never left Eve.

And Eve…

Eve didn't glance back at her friends.

She didn't ask for help, she didn't even acknowledge that they were there.

Her entire world had narrowed into one single thing:

(The desire to kill him.)

The darkness around her thickened until it resembled smoke, then liquid, then something deeper, something that made light disappear.

Yahweh's scriptures spun faster.

Symbols ignited, and the air behind him began to fold, as if creation itself was bending around its maker.

His voice rolled across the land.

"I am the beginning & I am the end."

Then, softly, like he was gifting her mercy:

"And you are nothing."

Eve took one step forward.

The darkness surged.

The ground beneath her feet didn't crack.

Yahweh's smile and for the first time in eternity… something touched him that wasn't part of his design.

"Good," he murmured, delighted.

"Very good."

Yahweh's eyes narrowed.

His voice sharpened.

"Kneel."

The command struck her like a million invisible blades.

The battlefield heard it even if it wasn't sound.

The mountains in the distance trembled.

Oceans far away stirred.

Alexander's face contorted as his body was forced further into the dirt.

Kai's teeth ground so hard it sounded like bones cracking.

Seraphina's eyes widened as blood ran down her nose.

Don's fingers clawed at the soil, his nails splitting.

Vincent's throat released a strangled sound of rage.

But Eve…

Eve didn't kneel.

Eve stepped forward again, and the darkness behind her expanded like an opening abyss, swallowing the air in silence.

Then she vanished.

It was like she had simply stopped existing in one place… and started existing in another.

Eve appeared inches away from him.

Eve swung a punch but Yahweh's scripture spun to shield him and thousands of golden symbols forming a barrier of cosmic law between her fist and his face.

The barrier formed Instantly.

And Eve's fist hit it.

The barrier didn't break.

The divine scripture blackened as if time itself decayed around her hand.

The symbols fell apart like dead leaves.

Yahweh's eyes widened in shock as his own his own absolute authority was corrupted.

Eve's fist continued through.

And struck him across the jaw producing a shockwave.

Yahweh's head snapped to the side.

"Do you know what you've done?" Yahweh asked softly.

Eve's blue eyes did not blink.

"I kill you," she said.

Yahweh's grin widened.

"Again."

Eve took a step.

The darkness rolled off her like an executioner's cloak.

And Alexander realized something at that moment that froze his blood:

Yahweh was smiling because for the first time in eternity.

he had found something worth destroying with his own hands.

Yahweh moved first and the space in front of him collapsed inward like a star being crushed into nothingness, then exploded outward in a beam of annihilating authority.

It tore across the battlefield.

Mountains vanished.

Oceans miles away were carved open like flesh.

The beam struck Eve dead center and detonated.

The explosion swallowed the horizon and firestorms rolled outward, flattening forests, ripping cities from the ground, vaporizing everything that wasn't shielded by Yahweh's earlier miracle.

Alexander screamed her name.

The blast wave hit them seconds later launching them across the land.

Seraphina barely managed to wrap her wings around Jin before they slammed into a cliff hard enough to shatter stone.

Don rolled through burning debris, coughing blood.

Kai embedded feet-first into the ground, skidding back hundreds of meters.

there was nothing but a crater so massive it looked like a wound in the planet.

Magma boiled at the bottom with Yahweh hovered above it.

the crater darkened and something moved inside.

A pulse.

Then another.

Then the darkness exploded upward like a volcanic nightmare.

Eve burst out of the magma, body charred, flesh torn, blood streaming down her arms and face.

And healing instantly as the darkness consumed the damage.

Her eyes were wider now.

She vanished.

Yahweh barely had time to turn.

Eve slammed into him at full speed, driving him through the sky like a meteor.

Yahweh twisted, reversing momentum, and hurled Eve forward.

She smashed into the moon.

The impact shattered it.

Chunks the size of cities exploded outward.

Eve flew through debris, tumbling violently.

Yahweh raised both hands.

Entire asteroids ripped from orbit.

He compressed them together into a burning sphere bigger than a continent.

Through the edge of space, then launched it.

It hit Eve like a supernova.

The explosion lit up space brighter than the sun, creating shockwaves that rippled across the solar system.

Planets trembled & rings of debris spiraled violently.

For a moment, nothing remained.

Then something burst through the fireball.

Eve.

Half her face was gone.

One arm torn clean off.

Ribs exposed.

Blood floating in zero gravity like red mist.

But the darkness surged.

Her flesh regenerated violently, bones snapping back into place, muscle reweaving like living shadow.

And she smiled.

Eve's fist slammed into Yahweh's ribs.

Bone shattered.

Divine blood sprayed across space like glowing crimson stars.

Yahweh roared.

Not in pain.

In delight.

He elbowed her face hard enough to cave in her skull.

Her head snapped back then snapped forward again as it healed mid-motion.

She grabbed his arm, twisted, and ripped it clean off.

Yahweh's blood exploded outward.

But the severed limb disintegrated into light and reformed instantly.

He backhanded her across the void.

Eve spun violently, then vanished and reappeared behind him.

Her knee drove into his spine.

A shockwave cracked a nearby planet in half making the planet split causing molten cores spilling into space.

Yahweh punched Eve straight through the broken world.

She burst out the other side coated in magma.

He followed.

They collided again.

Eve bit into Yahweh's shoulder.

Her teeth tore through divine flesh.

Blood poured.

She ripped a chunk out with her mouth and swallowed it.

Yahweh laughed.

"You're becoming beautiful," he said, blood dripping down his face.

Then Yahweh smashed her forehead into his nose so hard it shattered into glowing fragments.

Yahweh flung her away again and spread his arms.

The stars behind him ignited.

Lines of divine authority connected entire constellations.

He pulled and space folded inward.

Multiple suns were dragged together into a collapsing inferno.

"Die properly," Yahweh commanded.

He compressed them and released.

A multistar supernova ripped toward Eve, it swallowed planets instantly.

The darkness around her expanded like a void.

She thrust both hands forward.

A wave of corrupt annihilation surged out.

The supernova met the darkness.

Energy collapsed into nothingness.

Eve charged through it and tackled Yahweh straight into a gas giant.

The planet exploded and shockwaves blasted across space

She clawed at Yahweh like a beast.

Ripped at his chest.

Tore open his throat.

Dug fingers into his eyes.

Her screams were animalistic, layered with something inhuman.

Yahweh blasted her point-blank with divine energy.

Her torso exploded apart.

Spine visible, Organs scattering into space.

But the darkness dragged everything back together, Rebuilding her faster, stronger and more savage,

Yahweh realized it.

His grin sharpened.

"Yes," he whispered.

"Lose yourself."

He slammed both palms together.

A planet-sized divine sigil formed.

It crashed down onto Eve like judgment itself.

The planet they were near was crushed into dust by the pressure.

Eve was driven downward all the way back toward Earth.

They crashed into the planet with enough force to reshape continents.

A crater hundreds of miles wide formed instantly.

Tsunamis rose across oceans and volcanoes erupted worldwide.

Alexander and the others were thrown violently again, barely clinging to life.

At the center of the impact, Eve stood over Yahweh.

Her body steaming while vovered in blood.

She raised her fist and brought it down on Yahweh.

Each punch sent earthquakes across the globe.

Eve screamed like a monster as she beat him.

Her mind was slipping.

The darkness was eating her from the inside.

Yahweh grabbed her throat and lifted her.

"Good," he whispered.

"This is what I wanted."

He slammed her into the ground so hard the mantle cracked.

But Eve laughed.

A broken, insane laugh.

Then bit his hand off.

Blood exploded.

She spit it out.

Charged again then her fist struck Yahweh's chest and drove him backward through the atmosphere, ripping a burning trench across the sky.

They hit the ground.

Yahweh twisted mid-impact and hurled her sideways.

Eve tore across oceans like a skipping meteor, carving a canyon through water and stone.

She slammed into a mountain range.

Mountains vaporized.

She exploded out the other side already charging.

Darkness boiled off her skin like living smoke.

She hit Yahweh with a headbutt that folded gravity.

A planet in orbit cracked from the shockwave.

Yahweh answered with a divine blast point-blank.

Eve's torso detonated into blood and fragments.

Her legs kept moving.

The darkness dragged her body back together mid-stride.

She grabbed Yahweh by the face and slammed him into the crust ten times.

She lifted him overhead and ripped him in half.

Divine blood sprayed across the sky.

His body reformed instantly.

He countered with a kick that shattered her spine and launched her into space.

She flew through satellites, moons, debris, then stopped herself by clawing into a planet.

She roared as she leapt back across space towards Yahweh.

Her claws tore across Yahweh's chest, ripping out chunks of glowing flesh.

She shoved her arm through his abdomen then Yahweh blasted her head apart.

Her jaw regrew first, then eyes, then skull.

She pummeled him with elbows, knees, teeth, claws.

Every strike detonated like a superweapon.

Yahweh flung her into a sun.

The sun exploded, fire wrapped her body and burned her to bone.

The darkness rebuilt her faster than physics could understand.

She burst out screaming.

Grabbed Yahweh then threw him through three planets.

All three shattered into glowing debris.

She teleported and caught him mid-flight and then drove him into a gas planet.

The planet exploded creating shockwaves across the galaxy.

They both crash into an asteroid and Eve slammed him against again repeatedly.

Her body twisted wrong, Arms elongating when she struck, Spine arching unnaturally, Eyes glowing deeper than black,Teeth sharpening into something predatory, slowly turning her into a monster.

Yahweh carved divine sigils across reality and fired beams that erased entire moons.

Eve ran through them and she tore his wings of light apart, she shattered his halo, she drove her knee through his skull, she slammed him downward.

They hit Earth again, oceans rose into the sky and volcano chains erupted at once.

Eve mounted him and beat him with both fists like a wild beast.

Her arms shattered repeatedly and rebuilt faster, then Yahweh blasted her upward, causing her body to disintegrated to shadow and bone.

The darkness pulled it back together into something taller.

She landed on all fours like a predator.

Then she launched at him ripping his chest open.

He regenerated instantly.

She bit through his throat.

He blasted her head apart.

She slammed her claws into his eyes.

He burned her torso away.

She tore his arm off,

He erased half her body.

A monster made of grief and darkness and endless violence.
