"I remember this." The Dryad spirit said finally, "It's called the Myriad Starfall Tower. A God Level building exclusive to the Dimensional Demon Race. Its ability is to explore the void, specifically, to locate and lock the coordinates of Divine Kingdoms entrusted there by the Gods."
Aurelyss went still.
"Back in the Ancient Era." Elix continued, "The Dimensional Demons used it to sack Fallen Gods' Divine Kingdoms, destroy active ones, and force countless Gods to become homeless 'Wild Gods'. The void was their back garden."
"But the tower in the Aetherium Empire—" Aurelyss said carefully, "There was no Abyssal Aura in it. The energy I felt was of the holy and light element."
"The Castle Lord system allows faction conversion of buildings. That Emperor must have managed it." Elix paused, "Since the Laws haven't issued warnings against them, they're still protected. Whatever relationship they have with the tower, it's no longer related to the Abyss."
Aurelyss breathed out slowly. The alliance stood. The covenant was safe. Those were the important conclusions. The less comfortable conclusion was what the tower actually meant.
Every God in the Endless Continent believed the void was safe, an infinite space where a hidden Divine Kingdom was effectively unfindable. The Myriad Starfall Tower broke that assumption completely. Haru could locate any kingdom he wanted, at any time, including hers.
The alliance wasn't just beneficial. It was, she now understood, her Divine Kingdom's insurance policy.
She said, "Forming the alliance was the most correct thing we have done."
"Without question." Elix agreed, "The Laws are clearly cultivating the Aetherium Empire. Whatever comes next, being on their side is where any sensible power wants to be."
Aurelyss looked at the phantom of the tower for a long moment.
"I need to have a proper conversation with that man." She said quietly.
She'd pick the right moment.

Early morning. Haru rose under Aria's service, shared breakfast, and watched the Goddess depart for her kingdom to recruit new troops. Her territory had essentially become a subsidiary force under the Great Aetherium, though given their relationship, the formal hierarchy hardly mattered.
His forces now exceeded 200 million, with 900,000 top-level troops. Among them, nearly 800,000 were Angels, swollen by yesterday's windfall where half a million Angels were procured for free.
The catch: all of them were Holy Spirits, most below King Tier. Cannon fodder unless tempered. This was why he'd declared war on the Light Empire. Compared to the demons, they were weak—perfect for training raw troops before the Divine War began. Those half-million Holy Spirits needed blood, or they'd be slaughtered the moment they entered the Divine War and Haru would never allow that.
"At least my seven Angel Reincarnation Pools can recruit adult Angels." He murmured. Consuming Divine Crystals to produce fully mature Angels—that was the true power of the Angel Reincarnation Pools, and one of his greatest advantages for the coming war.
He approached the first pool, then stopped. A presence had manifested inside the Imperial Palace, their aura at the Supreme God Tier.
'Nova!'
A rare smile crossed Haru's face. The Creation Angel had been in seclusion for a day and two nights. Her breakthrough meant something beyond personal power: the Empire's first God Level Angel Reincarnation Pool would be built today. It might potentially produce three thousand God Tier Angels daily!
The Supreme God Tier aura faded. Nova appeared before him—three pairs of snow-white angelic wings and six pairs of ethereal energy wings, eighteen total, wreathed in divine aura.
Four Supreme Gods now protected the Great Aetherium. This news would soon shake the entire world of Gods after their upcoming Divine Battle against the Evil Gods and their allies. Even the strongest Nature Pantheon had only the Elunara at the Supreme God Tier. The Titan and Dragon Pantheons might have more, but certainly not four.
Only the Abyss, ruled by the Dimensional Demons, surpassed them with at least twelve Supreme Gods and a Pseudo God King. But then again, the Demons also governed the entire Abyss, a planet comparable to the Endless Continent. By that measure, the Great Aetherium's concentration of power was unprecedented. The Endless Continent of this era had grown far stronger than the Ancient Era.
