Standing at the door, Wu Jun replied respectfully.
Huo Sining softly replied with an "Mmhmm," but avoided making eye contact with the two of them. She was feeling guilty right now, pondering over how to properly arrange the sudden addition inside the house, so she didn't dare invite the two of them in openly, fearing they might notice something was off.
Huo Sining kept praying inwardly, hoping that Wu Jun and Yue Shuwen would hurry up and leave after they were done talking.
But her prayers were destined to go unheard by the heavens.
Yue Shuwen followed behind Wu Jun and didn't notice the oddness in Huo Sining's eyes. Instead, she found Huo Sining's attire and hair quite strange, glanced at her watch, and asked:
"Ningning, did you just get up? Why did you sleep so late today? Didn't you sleep well last night? Or are you feeling unwell somewhere?"
