The Hands of Slaughter have indeed awakened their sentience, but this sentience is clearly quite limited.
The first two items were mentioned immediately because they were not his own thoughts but rather Gaven's pre-established development plan for the Undead Slaughter Territory.
As for the third item, it couldn't continue because Gaven had not made any further arrangements.
Whether he successfully rescues the Goddess of Wealth, Woken or not, he must find a way to return to the Material Plane, without investing more effort here.
Thus, as Gaven formulates plans, the Hands of Slaughter naturally accept them, almost as if it was their own intention.
In doing so, Gaven suddenly feels more assured, his mind starting to become more active.
Since all plans are crafted by himself, how is this different from directly controlling the Undead Slaughter Territory?
