Goddess Overlord looked at Lefi.
Lefi looked up with a bored, half-lidded gaze. She thought James owes her more biscuits. Her hands were tucked casually into her pocket. She looked utterly uninterested.
"You got a lucky hit little girl," Goddess Overlord boomed. In his mind, he saw the burning spires of Crystal City on Cybertron, a place he had reduced to molten slag with a single pass. He was a Phase Sixer, the ultimate deterrent, a monster who had crushed entire Autobot battalions under his heel without breaking a sweat. "Do you know who I am?" he shouted.
Lefi was still staring at the sky. She thought James was always in her mind. Her cheeks went red.
Goddess Overlord saw he was being ignored. "I am talking to you little girl," he shouted.
Lefi still ignored him.
"Gigaton Giga-Cannon," Goddess Overlord said as the massive turret on his right shoulder rotated forward and unleashed a high-yield explosive shell.
Lefi simply tilted her head by a fraction of an inch, and the shell whistled past her.
The high-yield explosive shell continued and slammed into the glass-and-steel midsection of a skyscraper three miles in the distance. There was a blinding flash of orange heat that instantly vaporized the structural supports. It caused the upper half of the tower to shear off. The building collapsed into the street below. There was a gargantuan cloud of grey smoke and pulverised concrete.
Goddess Overlord's optics flared in disbelief. "That shell had once punched through the hull of a Vanguard-class starship," he remarked. He looked at her and saw she didn't even blink.
Lefi yawned. She thought she was getting sleepy. She thought James, Musubi were loud.
"Tera-Muzzle Flare," Goddess Overlord said as his chest plates retracted to reveal a hidden battery of thermal blasters. He fired a cone of white-hot energy towards Lefi. The energy tore through the ground and engulfed Lefi. "I got you," he remarked, however he looked closely.
Lefi stood in the center of the sun-bright heat. Her hair did not even singe. She yawned once more as the fire parted around her.
"What!?" Goddess Overlord said. "I had used this heat to incinerate the Resistance on the Moons of Gallis, yet still live," he said.
Frustrated, the giant lunged. "Mega Crush," Goddess Overlord said as he swung a massive hand. He aimed his strike at Lefi's head.
Lefi took a single step back. The giant metal palm hit the dirt with a deafening thud that created a massive crater.
Lefi stood on the back of Overlord's hand. She looked down with a pitying sigh. "James," she remarked.
Goddess Overlord quickly jumped back. He thought she was fast. "Dual-Form Split," Goddess Overlord said as his body surged with energy. His torso detached to become a Mach-3 Jet while his legs transformed into a Heavy Siege Tank.
"Vortex Barrage," Goddess Overlord said as his jet-mode wings deployed micro-missile launchers. It filled the sky with swarming projectiles.
Lefi didn't even look up. She continued her casual stroll forward. The missiles struck the pavement all around her, detonating in a succession of booms that turned the street into a literal tunnel of fire. Enormous plumes of black smoke and shrapnel tore through the air. Lefi walked through it all.
"Impossible," Overlord's vocal processors glitched. On Cybertron, the mere shadow of his jet form caused cities to surrender, but this girl treated his ultimate weapons like falling dust.
"Sky-God Descent," Goddess Overlord said as the jet half ignited its thrusters. He went towards Lefi.
Lefi simply raised a single finger. The massive metal foot collided with her fingertip and tore the wing off. The metal buckled and was destroyed. The jet crashed into the ground.
At that moment, the Heavy Siege Tank half of Overlord's split-form surged forward toward Lefi.
Lefi didn't even break her stride. As the tank closed in, she simply extended her arm and placed a casual, open palm against the cold steel of the frontal glacis. The sound of the impact was like a thunderclap. With a bored flick of her wrist, Lefi swiped the massive tank into the air. It was hurled backward through the sky. It crashed violently and flipped over.
"You will not beat me," Goddess Overlord as he emerged into robot mode. "Phase-Six Cleaver," Goddess Overlord added as a serrated blade slid from his forearm. He swung in a wide arc.
Lefi leaned back effortlessly. The purple blade missed her throat by a hair's breadth. She wondered why he was so loud. Her cheeks went further red.
Goddess Overlord was losing his mind. "Die," he said as he swung in a wide, desperate arc. The blade whistled through the air.
Lefi leaned back effortlessly once again.
Goddess Overlord pivoted his massive weight and brought the sword back in a savage backhand strike. Lefi dodged it once again. Goddess Overlord followed immediately by a vertical overhead chop.
Lefi dodged. The blade went down and shattered the pavement into a thousand shards. Lefi thought they were making all those noises. She thought they were making a baby. Her cheeks went red.
"Stay still," Goddess Overlord shouted as he put down his sword. He moved his massive five-fingered claw forward. "Tyrant's Grasp," Goddess Overlord said as he tried to catch Lefi.
His massive hand closed around her slender form, He had caught around and tried to squeeze her.
Lefi didn't even push back. She simply stood there. As Overlord's hand tried to compress, his own fingers buckled and snapped backward against her skin. The heavy armor plates of his palm split open and sprayed hot hydraulic fluid across the pavement as his entire hand structurally disintegrated around her. His fingers on the ground.
"You destroy my hand," Goddess Overlord shouted as he looked to see his gone.
"Dost thou linger yet?" Lefi asked softly.
"Die," Goddess Overlord shouted. "Omega Overload," Goddess Overlord added as he funneled all his spark energy into his eyes. He fired two concentrated beams towards Lefi.
Lefi reached out and tapped the bridge of Overlord's nose with her index finger. The force of the tiny tap rippled through Overlord's entire body. The massive jet wings on his back snapped. His entire right arm disintegrated into a cloud of fine metal dust. Goddess Overlord fell to his knees. His optics flickered with the horrifying realization that he, the destroyer of worlds, was nothing more than a toy.
Lefi looked down at him, a small, bored smile on her lips. "Thou art exceedingly clamorous for a thing so brittle," Lefi remarked with a weary sigh.
"Primordial Flick," Lefi said as she extended a single finger toward his massive chest.
At that moment a silent, invisible ripple erupted from the point of contact. It spread instantaneously through Overlord's entire body. Every wire and metal plating in his body was completely obliterated into a countless spray of tiny metallic pieces. It went flying everywhere.
Lefi lowered her hand. She thought back to the baby and James. Her cheeks went red. She thought they might need help and walked over.
