As for after entering the Bay Territory, they can no longer command others easily like in their current territory, becoming the lofty lord who holds all life and death power.
These mage lords aren't too concerned!
They are different from ordinary ruling classes!
They are first mages, spellcasters, Arcanists!
Then they are lords!
The latter identity is primarily meant to serve the former!
