The new arrivals all sighed. "We were afraid of that. So many worlds get made and never properly stocked with advanced craftsmen because the Legends and Demigods who made them were combat focused.
I suppose that means there is going to be a major upheaval in the region once it starts to adjust. But there are some other concerns that we have. Like that null zone in the ocean, and the fact that there are so few Legends on this world.

Nerissa shrugged. "The Legends do it as a council. There might be a Demigod or two on the planet, but none of them are active."
Skadi raised her hand to get everyone's attention. "The Blue Elves have a Demigod turtle, but it's sleeping."
That seemed to startle everyone but Karl and Rue, who already knew.
"The Blue Elves? Do you mean the Waveriders?" Louie asked.
"Waverider is a class they get, to control their ships," Karl replied, unsure if that was what they meant.
