If Mark Reed really wasn't going to marry Madison Barton because of her, he wouldn't have waited until the wedding day to cancel it.

Valentine Teller forced herself to stay calm: "Why was it canceled?"

"I heard it was because someone sabotaged it," Anastasia Archard said uncertainly.

It was hearsay, and who knows if it was reliable.

One thing was certain, though—the wedding was indeed canceled.

The wedding ring designed by Valentine Teller was now useless, and as for whether the wedding would take place later, nobody knew. Not even those involved, perhaps.

"How was it sabotaged?" Valentine Teller's heart was in her throat.
