"Sir Murphy is here!"
Someone shouted from the players resting by the collapsing Divine Kingdom entrance in the distance, and in an instant, the God Slayers gathered around with expectant expressions, looking at their Faction Leader.
Murphy also looked at his young players with a sense of pride and satisfaction, like a father watching his children finally grow up and succeed.
He vaguely remembered the awkwardness of these guys when they first arrived in Transylvania and how he himself was only a small-time vampire, much like a beggar leader parading with a group of street children in the ruined Transylvania.
But look at them now!
They had grown to the point where they could participate in such grand undertakings as god-slaying. Although 80% of the work was done by him and Lord Paryen, the players' growth was undeniable and made Murphy feel proud.
