Daphne squealed at the sudden pull.
When she agreed to become him, Daphne did not think Voldemort would act immediately.
She felt herself pressed against Voldemort, the sudden closeness stealing her breath. His hand, cool and surprisingly gentle, navigated on her lower back, urging her closer.
Then Voldemort spoke in a low, seductive whisper. "Let's seal the deal with a kiss."
What? She had never kissed anyone in her life, and now suddenly, she needed to do this. On top of that, it was not out of love but to seal a deal.
This was her new reality.
She closed her eyes, bracing herself for the contact, but it never came.
Surprised, she looked at Voldemort, seeing the latter still. She only saw his mouth move to form a voice.
"I'm waiting."
Oh. She realized. The Dark Lord wanted her to initiate it.
So this was her fate now, and she accepted it. Drawing upon all her courage, she stood on her toes and leaned forward, closing her eyes as her lips touched Voldemort's.
It was her first kiss, a strange sensation to be kissing the Dark Lord himself.
His lips were cold against hers.
She felt a surge of conflicting emotions. Fear, uncertainty, and a strange sense of surrender all mingled together.
For a moment, time seemed to stand still as they remained locked in that embrace, lost in the sensation of the forbidden kiss. She thought this was it. But Voldemort finally decided to move. Both of his hands, which were resting on her back, moved in opposite directions.
His left hand reached up until it found her neck, and his fingers tangled in her hair. Voldemort pressed her, preventing her from breaking the kiss.
But as for his right hand, Daphne's heart raced as it descended from her back. Suddenly, Daphne felt Voldemort's hand grasp her buttocks. The sudden contact sent a jolt of electricity coursing through her body, and she couldn't suppress a gasp escaping her lips.
Feeling her reaction, Voldemort tightened his grip on her butt cheek, pressing her deeper to him, and Voldemort took the opportunity to take the kiss to the next level.
Their lips were no longer just touching. Voldemort was eating her lips.
The hand gripping her hair, tilting Daphne's head back to grant him better access.
She had never experienced anything like this before. She did not know that a kiss could be so... consuming.
Instinctively, she parted her lips, and the moment she did, Voldemort deepened the kiss, his tongue slid inside. The sensation was overwhelming. Hot, wet, and utterly foreign.
Unwillingly, Daphne found her tongue out of her control as it began to intertwine with that of Voldemort. Their saliva mixed in a forbidden dance.
All the while, Voldemort's hand continued to caress her buttocks.
Daphne found herself overwhelmed by the sheer intensity of the moment. The sensation of Voldemort's lips moving against hers, his tongue exploring every corner of her mouth, was destroying the slight resistance she had. Nothing could have prepared her for this. She felt as though she was drowning in a sea of sensations.
If this continued, she did not know what would happen.
Finally, as if Voldemort heard her plead, he pulled back slightly, and the kiss finally came to an end.
Daphne was breathless. Her lips were swollen from their passionate embrace.
A predatory smirk played on Voldemort's lips. Seeing the frustration on Daphne's face was such a success. Voldemort's smirk widened as he leaned in closer, his lips brushing against her earlobe as he whispered, "I look forward to teaching you everything you need to know. You will be coming here every day till your school starts."
Daphne's cheeks flushed a deep shade of crimson on hearing Voldemort's words. She could feel the heat radiating from her cheeks, betraying the intensity of her emotions at that moment.
One thing Daphne was certain of was that after everything that had just happened. She was no longer going to be the same after this encounter, and by the look of it, Voldemort was going to own her in no time.
As it was the first time, Voldemort did not want to rush, as he wanted to savour the feeling of conquering Daphne slowly. As such, he released his grip on her butt, not before giving it another massage. Then he took her toward the door to lead her back.
Outside, the entire time, Narcissa remained by the door, trying to grasp any sort of sound that was coming from inside the room. Occasionally, she would hear a faint muttered noise, but she could not distinguish exactly what it meant. Then all of a sudden, she felt the door was opening, and she had only the time to remove her head from the door and stand.
There in front of her was Daphne with Voldemort standing behind her. Both his hands were on the girl's shoulder as if he were guiding her out.
For a split second, Narcissa was sure she saw Voldemort tracing his tongue along his lips, teasingly licking them with a seductive motion as if savoring a forbidden pleasure.
Then, as Narcissa cast her gaze on Daphne, she noticed the faint redness on Daphne's cheeks.
Was she blushing? What happened inside that caused the girl to blush?
But before Narcissa could dwell too much on her thoughts, she felt Voldemort's intense gaze fixated on her. For a moment, fear gripped Narcissa's chest, paralyzing her.
Had Voldemort sensed her lurking by the door, eavesdropping on their conversation?
Would he punish her for her curiosity, for daring to pry into his affairs?
The thought of facing his wrath was terrifying, and Narcissa's mind raced with scenarios of punishment and retribution.
Voldemort looked at her for a moment longer before he finally spoke again, his attention turning to Daphne. "Daphne, go home," he commanded.
Daphne nodded obediently, her cheeks still flushed as she cast a quick glance at Narcissa before hurrying out. When she reached midway through the corridor, she heard the voice of Voldemort once again. "Remember our deal, my Daphne."
Daphne paused mid-step and turned back to face Voldemort; her blush deepened, the rosy hue spreading across her cheeks. "Yes, my Lord."
Narcissa, on the side, felt like lightning had struck her.
Had she heard properly?
Did Voldemort just refer to Daphne as "my Daphne"?
But before Narcissa could dwell too much on her suspicions, Voldemort's attention shifted back to her. "Can I know the reason why you were eavesdropping on us?"
