Mind Eyes Academy.....
The Morning after washing up, Oliver left the dorm room, and walked by the open field as the dorm rooms were behind the Academy's Learning Facility's, opening a door he brushed past numerous students as they hurried on to their classes most of them books for in hands, he glanced around the room, taking in the smell of well he felt that he smelt knowledge, A feeling spread throughout his chest all over his body, apart from the first time in his life he opened a book, he had never felt this feeling again, taking large strides he walked to the stairs following the directions for the linguistics classroom walking up a stairs he continued until he entered a small hall where desks of identical sizes where arranged in rows, he could see people sitting in them; some professors, some students, at the front of these desks, large row of shelfs which where filled with various books.
If it were not for the Academy rules which state that apart from books related to the course he a student had enrolled for he or she may not take or read even if borrowed from friends, any other book of other subjects without the current teacher leading the course, any attempt to violate this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the Academy.
Hell, they even set a whistle-blower system, where if any students are caught violating Academy rules, the student who reports them may get a reward, as the top and only academy in De-Vll city, forget the reward the costs of moving to other citys in search of new Academies to enrol in was well impossible for lower class people like him, even the big people can't easily change residence, as other powerhouses stationed in other citys will not be so welcoming of them, they did be lucky if they left alive, so the situation of the world, the weak want to move but don't have the capability move, while the strong can move, but are not allowed.
