Sweat glistened from Audrey's head, rolling down to her chin. They had spent hours in the sun looking for the herbs Damien had mentioned for the potion and had found nothing.
At this point, Audrey was starting to blame herself for voluntering to help with the monsters. She could be indoor resting now, instead of over working herself.
She stood up, ready to complain about it again when Agnes suddenly lifted a green herb with long roots at her. Her face bright with smile that the complain left Audrey's lips.
She moved closer to her.
"What's this?"
"Can you believe this, your highness? I thought there was no way we would found the Monrangua leaf in this field. And look what I have here?" She lifted the leaf up as if it was some kind of trophy. "With this, your prince should have no reason to go back into the forest?"
That seemed to get Audrey's attention. "Really!" With a renowned look, she stared at the green leaf. "Is it this important?"
Agnes nodded.
