"I just wanted to have a meal with my good friend's grandma, how can that be a crime?" Irene Spencer laughed softly, "Grandma, Vera said I kidnapped you, isn't she hilarious?"
"That child was just joking, don't take it seriously." Grandma Wave kept chatting and laughing with her, unaware of her situation, innocently treating Irene Spencer's words as a joke.
Irene Spencer burst out laughing, "Vera, did you hear that? The law relies on evidence, you can't just make wild accusations! Ha..."
Vera Wave gritted her teeth in secret, "Irene Spencer, you're even more shameless than I imagined!"
The taxi followed Irene Spencer's instructions and soon stopped at an intersection.
Vera Wave got out of the car, walked a few steps forward, and sure enough, saw the car that Irene Spencer mentioned. She quickly walked over, and just as she got close to the car, the door opened, and a familiar figure stepped out.
Seeing the face clearly, Vera Wave stopped in her tracks, surprised.
