After being talked around by Fiona, Nia's stomach suddenly started growling loudly.
Uh...
So embarrassing.
The sound was super loud; in the entire ward, all three of them heard it.
Mrs. Huangfu walked over with the food, smiling.
"Miss Mitchell hasn't had dinner yet, has she? Perfect timing, come eat with Fiona."
Nia gave Mrs. Huangfu an embarrassed smile.
"It's okay, I can just go out and eat later."
Mortified, she had no idea how she was supposed to face Mrs. Huangfu after this.
"It's fine, Fiona can't eat that much anyway. Stay and eat with her."
Unable to refuse such kindness, Nia ended up staying.
Fiona's meals focused on nutrition, there were lots of dishes, and they were all really delicious.
It was just that Fiona was eating very slowly, as if it were a bit of a struggle.
Nia picked up a small piece of Tofu, put it in her mouth, and at once it filled her mouth with flavor.
So good!
She hadn't known Tofu could taste this amazing.
