When Jimmy Horne heard her words, his eyes flickered, with a hint of helplessness and a touch of hard-to-detect frustration in his gaze.
"Heading back so soon? It's pretty hot inside." Sitting on a branch, Jimmy looked at her with a cool demeanor, watching as she took more than ten minutes to reach the ground, asking with a slight smile.
"I want to check if Sister Florence is awake. We have some of the dishes from lunch left; I'll heat them up for Sister Florence. She must be starving after sleeping for so long, but can't have too much oil. I'll make some porridge for her first." Camila Ruiz muttered to herself, her anger seemingly fading away slowly.
Though her temper flared up quickly, it subsided just as swiftly.
