Chapter 249
In Austin`s house.
Amanda, who was sitting on the couch, was looking at the most absurd thing she had ever seen in her life, she couldn`t believe that something like that would happen one day.
To see her son, her most beloved thing in the whole world and the universe, carrying a child in his arms wasn`t a thought she had imagined, although she wanted to have his baby growing inside her womb, she couldn`t take it when seeing him having a child with someone else.
Though he had many wives and one of them was pregnant, Amanada wasn`t ready to be a grandmother yet.
"Who is that child in your arms, honey~" Amanda said with a smile that didn`t look like a smile at all from the thick dark aura coming out of her.
Scary!
"Well, even I don`t myself." Austin admitted as he looked at her and studied her features. She was delicate like a flower, not tainted and pure as if she hadn`t seen the horrors of the world yet.
But hearing these words coming out of him, Amanda was confused.
If you don't know, then who do?!
"Isn`t she your child, like some illegitimate child you had with some slut who drugged you just to have your baby in her filthy womb?"
"Sigh! Just where do you come from with ideas like these?" Austin said truly amazed by his mother`s imagination.
We are not living in some sick drama!
"…..Besides, since this girl appeared and I felt as if there were some emotions that didn`t belong to me suddenly appeared. I can`t explain it and I`m so confused, mom." Austin said with a troubled expression that made Amanda`s heart tear and her eyes became moist with emotions.
"Oh, come here dear, sit beside me." She said patting the space beside her.
She didn`t like to see her son sad or depressed.
Austin sighed again and sat down beside his mother who still felt sore in her lower area as it wasn`t fully healed yet.
"I will go make something fresh and cool for us." Anabelle suddenly said as she felt that there was something big about to happen.
"Thank you dear, much appreciated." Amanda said with a loving smile to her daughter.
While Austin just smiled at her, very thankful as he felt sore in his throat.
"So, you don`t know who she was or where did she come from?" Amanda asked as she looked at the cute delicate little girl that made her heart melt for a second before she brushed it off.
"No, she appeared from a strange rift out of the blue and once my eyes fell on her, I couldn`t help but be drawn to her with inexplicable feelings that I couldn`t understand. I felt some connection as if something was lost and found." Austin said describing what he felt the moment she appeared.
His mother looked complicated as she still didn`t get used to the supernatural world yet, it all felt new to her.
"Well, don`t worry, once she wakes up, I will try to find out who she was and where she came from." Austin said to her making her breathe a sigh before she nodded at him.
But then, suddenlyـــــــــــــــــــ
Austin felt a mumble coming out from the girl in his arms before seeing her eyes trembling and slowly opening up.
She was awakening!
Once opened, Austin saw a very beautiful pair of silver eyes that made him mesmerized and felt very nostalgic as remembering someone with the same eyes, someone very important, very precious.
The girl who opened her eyes first looked at Amanda who was looking at her before her eyes finally laned on Austin`s handsome face and crystal blue eyes that looked so beautiful and deep.
"P..a..pa?" she muttered but it was enough for him and her to hear.
Amanda became alarmed while Austin`s eyes suddenly teared for some reason he didn`t know, but what he felt was real and genuine.
"Ah, why am I crying? Why am Iـــــــــــــــــــ!" Before he could continue, something very soft and delicate touched his face, it was her hand.
Her touch was so warm and tender that made him cry more, that his eyes blurred, then a very deep feeling of regret and sadness took over him.
"Don`t cry Papa, Nezha is here." The girl said with a warm tender smile making Austin widen his eyes as the name hit him very deep, deeper than he could imagine.
Then suddenly, he pulled her into a deep hug with his body trembling.
"I`m…. sorry." He said with a stutter as his feelings were overwhelming him, making him unable to control them. They were too much and deep.
"Mhm, I`m here for you Papa, Nezha is back." Her voice was a symphony to the ear, so gentle and affectionate as she looked at Austin with those beautiful silver eyes of hers, moist and warm.
On the other hand, Amanda couldn`t utter a word, she was speechless by what was happening in front of her to the point that her brain got shut down.
But then, she looked at the girl that her son was hugging and compared her features with her son, and she could tell that there was a resemblance between the two despite having different hair and eyes.
'She is really his daughter?!' she thought unable to believe.
While Anabelle, the little sister, was watching them with complicated feelings.
'I must make my move soon or another one will take my place!' she thought.
After hugging her for a while, Nezha, the cute little girl who called him 'Papa' wiped his tears away by licking them like a cat shocking both Amanda and Anabelle, who had an error in their brain systems for a moment.
'Did she just…' Amanda thought.
'Lick his tears!' Anabelle continued.
But the main person here, Austin wasn`t shocked at all and just smiled warmly at her as if doing that was very normal.
"Papa`s taste is the same as always, so delicious, Hehehe~" Her giggle was like a melody to his ears while Anabelle felt as if an arrow had pierced her heart. Meanwhile, Amanda was still stuck at the moment she licked his tears as if being replayed continuously in her mind.
Austin smiled more before he kissed her forehead and cheeks then pulled in his embrace again, holding her dearly as if trying to make sure that she was real.
Right now, at this moment, Austin`s feelings were so mixed up that he himself felt like behaving like another person right now.
After a good while of hugging and having Nezha rubbing her face on his chest and inhaling his scent secretly, he asked what was in his mind all along.
"Nezha dear, can you tell me how you came here?" His voice was gentle and loving making her feel so warm and comfortable just by hearing him speaking.
But the question made her snap as if remembered something very important.
"Oh right, Mama told me to give you this, said you would understand." She said as suddenly a letter appeared in her hand in a flash of gold mixed with silver.
