"Glad having you with us Mr.Austin." said the chubby principal of the school, or more like a puppet, as he shook hands with Austin who only had a small smile on his face.
"It's our duty to lead these generations to better and fruitful future filled with opportunities and challenges." He said as he felt the urge to puke saying these words.
'Future my ass, why should I care about them? I only came here to relax. Damnit, I don't like acting like that, it contradicts my nature.'He thought as he felt a strong repulsion coming from inside him, or more likely, his dragonic essence, as dragons were beings full of pride and arrogance found that lying was pointless and against who they really were.
Does it matter if the being in front on you is weaker or stronger?
To them, no, it doesn't. They better say whatever they wanted rather than hiding it behind lies, especially the golden dragons, who are so honest or in other words, say what they had in mind, and if they didn't want to, they simply don't and just ignore you.
But some dragons have vicious nature, evil in essence like the black dragons, they can lie, conspire and even plan to destroy the world if they wanted for fun.
Those were driven by the violent nature of dragons and embraced their essence which was destruction.
A word from here and another from there before Austin walked out and sighed, he did all he got to force himself from not saying something bad in the face of that principal, only gave him a look of someone looking down at ants, which because of his stupidity or ignorance, didn't feel it.
Anyway, with this the procedures were done and got his schedule. From tomorrow he would start his first class. Today was just to complete the procedures, but he still got plenty of time, so he decided to roam around the school and take a look at its insides and corridors to know where he would be going wherever he wanted to go.
He took a look at the first year building, there was no student out of class as classes were still going, so he used this time before lunch break to stroll calmly without any disturbance.
But mainly he wanted to see the lab as he would be the biology teacher for this year.
He searched for it until he found it, going inside he took a look around, seeing the structure before his eyes fell on something.
A model of the human body showing the insides from the heart, stomach, liver, pancreas, guts, small intestines, kidneys and so on so fourth.
It was even more detailed and advanced showing the veins and the arteries, in addition to the brain and the nervous system itself.
Austin began observing and looking at every detail of the human body model noticing every nook and cranny of it that he lost himself in his world. Clearly a science fanatic.
He might be prideful and arrogant bastard be he still loved science and biology from all his heart.
Eyes were glowing with fervor and interest as he kept observing that he failed to notice the figure behind him.
Don't get him wrong. He was on high alert for anybody coming close to him not observing from a distance as he focused deeply on the model.
If he wasn't, he would have even felt a presence coming from a far.
Sometimes our hobbies could make us so absorbed and blind. [And I believe that because I'm the same.]
"What are you doing here?" Suddenly, the sound of a youthful girl sounded from behind him making him snap out immediately and sigh at his carelessness.
Then, he looked back to see who that was to find a girl with voluptuous yet toned body, clearly underwent some rigorous training, short blue hair with green strakes, a pair of deep brown eyes, small nose and glossy cherry lips.
She was wearing Kouh Private Academy's uniform.
Austin looked for a brief moment before he said "I was just looking at the human body model right here." With a deep and magnetic voice that made the girl feel a slight pull despite her indifferent expression.
"The human body model? What is that?" She said as she tilted her head in a cute way.
"Look for yourself." He said as he stepped aside to let her see the model before she made an "Oh." Sound and looked back at him again.
"Then who are you and what are you doing in this room?"
"I'm the new biology teacher, and wanted to take a look at the science lab to know what it does contain." He said with no much change in expression, just plain with lips curving downward a little.
He knew who this girl was after all.
'So this is Xenovia Quarta, the wielder of Durandal. A former exorcist and now reincarnated devil.' He said inwardly as he could see her secrets like open book.
After all, his mana sensitivity and dragon eyes weren't for show.
"Anyway, I'm pretty much done here. So, if you will excuse me." He said in a formal tone before walking past her while Xenovia stood rooted in her place.
'That man, he is horribly strong, I can feel it with every cell of my being!' She thought as she shuddered with her legs shivering and feeling slightly weak.
She didn't come here for no reason after all as she felt something or someone strong right inside the lab as her class was in that corridor. It was already lunch break so when she walked out, she sensed something in the lab room and with her honed instincts she could feel it was strong.
Normally she would ignore it if it was anyone, but her instincts told her different story.
And she trusted those instincts so much as they saved her ass many times.
As she got closer, her instincts flared dangerously, and as she stood at the threshold, she saw the tall body of a man with broad shoulders. His features weren't clear in that position and when he turned around to look at her responding to her voice that she mustered, she could see a pair of faintly glowing crystal blue orbs looking straight at her soul making her shudder as if she was naked.
She fought every urge to not run away and try to get any information from him. [He concealed his charm to prevent any accidents.]
She wanted to know his name, his purpose, and more but his answers prevented further questioning before he walked past her.
The only thing she knew was that he was the new biology teacher.
Some time later, Austin got bored and decided to head back home, buying some ingredients from the supermarket for dinner as lunch time had already passed.

After the school was over.
In an old fashioned building, at the top floor.
There was a wide big room with big double doors created from fine wood. It was the ORC or in other words, the Occult Research Club.
The building itself looked as if it was pulled out of middle eras or something. Inside, you would see old paintings on the walls, many rooms for various purposes and so on.
Anyway, inside the room of the top floor, it was the largest by the way, there was a gathering being taken place.
"Are you sure, Xenovia?" Said a crimson haired girl with long hair reaching her knees, ocean blue eyes that flickered to crimson from time to time, cherry glossy lips looking delicious and inviting and a body that rivaled or even beat many voluptuous milfs, she was one of the important figures in the devil realm known as the Princess of Ruin, and belonging to one of the powerful 72 devil families.
She was Rias Gremory.
"Yes I'm, although he was concealing his power, I still could feel an overwhelming sense of danger coming right out of him. He is so dangerous president, must proceed with caution."
"He told you that he was the new biology teacher, right?" Rias said with serious voice sitting behind her office.
"Yes, but he didn't tell me his name or purpose for coming to Kouh and especially this school." Xenovia said.
"Easy to know his name, but for his purpose for coming here, that's a different story." Rias said with a thoughtful look already planning.
"For now, don't engage with him at all costs, we don't know if he is an ally or a foe, his power is also unknown to us. So you all must be on high alert for any unseen or sunrising situations. Just keep watch on him for now." Rias said to all her peerage members who nodded in confirmation.
'I hope everything will be alright.' She thought with a sigh as her gaze went to the sky out of the window.
