When the episode reached the ending credits, Selena Kensington finally reluctantly withdrew her gaze.
She instinctively glanced to the side and was almost startled.
Sterling Norwood... why does his gaze look so resentful?!
"Was the television good?"
Seeing Selena finally direct her attention to him, Sterling's sullen expression slightly improved, though still somewhat displeased.
After saying this, he gave a heavy grunt, seemingly expressing his dissatisfaction.
Selena instinctively replied, "It was good."
Only when she noticed the slightly narrowed eyes of Sterling did she realize.
The show was a couple of hours long, and she had been absorbed in watching TV and neglecting Sterling beside her.
Yet he hadn't disturbed her, instead quietly accompanying her until it ended.
Selena suddenly felt guilty and quickly tried to remedy, "No... there's actually something better to watch."
Sterling remained silent, clearly agreeing to let Selena continue speaking.
