Anthony Davis was in a good mood; it seemed he had rested well last night. He comforted Emilia Johnny, "Don't worry, the typhoon will eventually pass. But for me, this is actually a day off because I don't have to go to work."
A trace of a smile finally appeared on Emilia Johnny's face, "Yeah, you can take a break. How did you sleep last night?"
She looked at Anthony Davis and noticed that the fatigue on his face had disappeared, and the bloodshot eyes were gone. He looked energized, his eyes were particularly bright; he looked much better than he did last night.
Seeing him like this eased Emilia Johnny's anxiety a bit.
Anthony Davis smiled at her, "Thanks to you, I slept really well last night, dreamless. If it weren't for the mobile phone ringing, I could have slept much longer."
He was speaking sincerely. He hadn't slept so well in a long time; once he fell asleep, he didn't dream until dawn.
