Chapter 951 - Chapter 951 : Fu Yinxiu Couldn't Help But Step Forward Excitedly

He nodded readily, "Okay."

"Is Tong Tong inside?" Little Jingshi pointed to the nearby ward door and asked.

"Yes." Fu Yinxiu looked at the ward door, his heart racing with nervousness.

He didn't know what kind of attitude Ming Yutong would have when she saw him in a moment.

Little Jingshi raised his hand to knock on the door, but Fu Yinxiu's palm suddenly pressed down on his head.

Little Jingshi turned his head in confusion to look at Fu Yinxiu, "Dad, are you scared?"

"..." Fu Yinxiu pursed his lips. From the time Little Jingshi was born until now, he couldn't count the number of times he didn't want to acknowledge this silly son.

"First, wipe your tears dry, otherwise Tong Tong will see them and feel uncomfortable." Fu Yinxiu said disdainfully.

"Oh, oh." Little Jingshi quickly reacted, "Right."

He hurriedly raised his hand to wipe away his tears and blinked, "Is this okay?"

Although the tears were gone, his eyes were still red.

This wouldn't go away immediately, so Fu Yinxiu nodded, "It's fine."

Then, Fu Yinxiu raised his hand to knock on the door.

"Wait." Little Jingshi stopped him again.

Fu Yinxiu looked down at him, and Little Jingshi said, "Dad, I've held it in for a long time. I'm the one who calls her Tong Tong, how can you call her that?"

Fu Yinxiu's mouth twitched a few times, "I've been calling her that for seven years, long before you."

"Hmph!" Little Jingshi pouted in dissatisfaction and muttered, "If you're so capable, call her that in front of her and see if she responds."

Fu Yinxiu: "..."

With a darkened face, he knocked on the door without saying another word.

Little Jingshi stomped his feet in anger, "Dad, you really are something, knocking without even telling me."

Fu Yinxiu: "..."

Heh, let this kid act up now.

Once he gets Ming Yutong's forgiveness, he'll deal with him thoroughly!

The muscles around Fu Yinxiu's mouth twitched a few times.

Before long, Aunt Liu came to open the door.

Seeing Fu Yinxiu standing outside, Aunt Liu was slightly surprised and then looked troubled, "Sir..."

"We'd like to go in and take a look." Fu Yinxiu said politely.

"Uh..." Aunt Liu laughed awkwardly, "Mr. Ming specifically instructed me before he left that no matter who comes, not to disturb Miss Ming. How about you wait for Mr. Ming to come back and talk to him?"

"We just want to take a look. I just want to know how she is doing now." Fu Yinxiu said.

"Miss Ming is doing well now. Oh, and the soup you sent this morning, Miss Ming drank it and liked it very much, so you can rest assured." Aunt Liu said with a smile, "Honestly, without Mr. Ming here, I really can't make this decision. You see..."

"Why don't you go in and ask Yutong?" Fu Yinxiu suggested.

Aunt Liu hesitated for a long time before finally nodding, "Alright."

However, before Aunt Liu could say anything to Ming Yutong, Ming Yutong had already heard the commotion outside.

Although she was in the bedroom inside, she found it stuffy, so she left the door open, and could hear the noise from outside.

"Aunt Liu, what's the matter?" Ming Yutong asked, putting the book aside.

Because she was bored, Ming Yutong had made a list of books and asked Aunt Liu to find them in the hospital library, which she surprisingly did.

Aunt Liu hurried over and said, "It's Mr. Fu, he's outside—"

"Tell him to leave, I don't want to see him," Ming Yutong said coldly.

"Yes."

There was no need for Aunt Liu to relay the message.

Fu Yinxiu had already heard Ming Yutong's response.

He entered the room with Little Jingshi.

When Aunt Liu came over, she was surprised and said, "Sir, how did you get in? Miss Ming needs to rest. How about you—"

"Tong Tong..." Fu Yinxiu called out.

"Get out!" Ming Yutong couldn't help but raise her voice, cold and annoyed.

Fu Yinxiu's heart ached. When he couldn't see or hear her, he missed her terribly.

But now, hearing her words, he felt even more hurt.

"Tong Tong!" Little Jingshi called out in a clear voice as he ran into the bedroom.

He was small, and Aunt Liu couldn't stop him. Besides, she couldn't bear to stop a child.

So, Little Jingshi ran inside like the wind.

Ming Yutong couldn't believe her eyes. Was she seeing things?

With her serious injury, it was possible she was seeing things.

But then she saw Little Jingshi getting closer, running to her bedside, and holding her hand. "Tong Tong, I missed you so much!"

The sensation of his small, soft, dry hand was very real.

Ming Yutong finally realized that Little Jingshi was really there.

"Jingshi." Ming Yutong exclaimed in surprise, "How—"

"Dad said you were hurt." Little Jingshi looked at Ming Yutong, "Where's the injury?"

Ming Yutong pointed to her chest, "Here."

"Does it hurt?" Little Jingshi reached out, wanting to touch it but didn't dare, just looking at her with concern.

Ming Yutong shook her head, "As long as I don't move or touch it, it doesn't hurt."

Little Jingshi breathed a sigh of relief, then his eyes reddened again, "Dad said you were badly hurt."

"But I'm okay now, aren't I?" Ming Yutong smiled, gently squeezing Little Jingshi's soft little hand, "Don't worry."

Little Jingshi nodded. He was short, so Ming Yutong's hand on the bedside was almost at his face.

He lowered his head slightly, and his soft cheek gently rubbed against her hand, "Tong Tong, now we can always see each other. Dad won't stop us anymore."

Ming Yutong froze, finally glancing at Fu Yinxiu.

Seeing her look over, Fu Yinxiu couldn't help but step forward excitedly, "Tong Tong..."
