Nian Nian is quite sensible, not crying or fussing. Although he was a bit angry, he didn't show it obviously.
Both of his hands were filled with snacks given by Great Ancestor and Mom.
However, he kept one of each snack for himself, and placed the rest on the coffee table, leaving them for Sui Sui.
Jiang Yi felt both gratified and a bit heartbroken seeing Nian Nian being so sensible.
She said, "Nian Nian, if your brother makes a mistake, he should take responsibility. These are yours, you can eat them all yourself."
But Nian Nian shook his head, saying, "I can't do that, or my brother won't have any to eat."
"Aren't you mad that he pretended to be you and ate your cake?" Jiang Yi couldn't help but ask.
