Nina Walsh had arranged to meet Wendy Sherman here. She was blackmailing Wendy with a video recorded by the necklace from that day, demanding she return the urn and the hairpin. Otherwise, Nina would send the video to every member of the Grant Family, and Wendy could forget about ever marrying into their family.
"Nina, you stay seated. You can't have coffee, so I'll go order you something else," Declan Grant said considerately.

Declan Grant left the table. As Nina Walsh looked toward the café's entrance, a figure in a floral shirt suddenly flashed past the doorway.
Nina froze for a moment, then immediately got up and chased after him.
The man in the floral shirt was walking briskly toward the hotel's main entrance. By the time Nina reached the doorway, the figure was gone.
She had seen him clearly. It was Panther, the man who had kidnapped her at the warehouse that day.
