WHOOO 40 BABY!
Got into the mood again in the middle of the night, or 3:05 AM, got some ideas and stuff for the future while reading some manga and stuff.
Some imma have to just write down because of what they entail, something I've been teaching myself in writing is restraint, I need to stop throwing shit it into my books just because I like the ideas, been doing my best not to.
Kinda like how I retconned it so the staff's are made out of shards that use his blood to stay connected.

MC POV
"HEADING STRAIGHT TO THE NEXT ROUND IT'S MOMO YAOYOROZU VERSUS ITSUKA KENDO!", the two of them enter onto the stage, Kendo taking a stance and Momo opening her shirt up more, a light glow coming from underneath.
"You think Kendo is gonna win?"
Kirishima takes a seat behind me, his arms still bandaged.
"Dunno -START!- they're both pretty strong and skilled in combat."
(Small Note: Going ("Yes!", she-) is incorrect grammar (("Yes", she-) is correct grammar), which I knew, but Grammarly hates it (Yes I use Grammarly, or recently started using it again) I decided to start properly writing it so Grammarly stops)
The two quickly charge at one another, Momo creating a staff from her stomach.
Immediately exchanging blows it's obvious they're both skilled in their respective arts, something people don't give Momo enough credit for.
Though it's obvious Momo is weaker and slower than Kendo she makes up for it in her array of weapons and momentary range advantage.
Sending multiple jabs and swipes most are parried or blocked by Kendo, Momo shifts her stance reaching under the backside of her shirt as a huge flash goes off.
"Ah I can't see anything-", multiple complaints starts coming from the crowd as a loud slamming noise rings through the air.
The light itself slowly dissipates as everyone gains their vision back, looking down at the field Kendo and Momo are roughly 15 feet from one another, both with small injuries across their bodies.
Kendo retracts her big hand as Momo throws away a now destroyed staff.
"A HUGE TURN OF EVENTS! THE TIDES OF BATTLE QUICKLY HAVE SEEMED TO SHIFT FROM BEING IN YAOYOROZU'S FAVOR TO A NEUTRAL GROUND"
"Wow, Momo's is good if she is Kendo is forced to start using her quirk", Kirishima seems rather amazed at Momo's skills, something she hasn't be able to show off much.
"Is Kendo that good that it amazes you this much", Shoji buts in from our right, sitting just a couple seats down.
"She really is, I'm not the most confident in beating her, at least in a battle of skill that is we haven't sparred much with our quirks", Kirishima talks with a lot of pride in his voice considering Kendo a form of a master or teacher for himself.
I continue watching a lot of interest in my eyes, 'didn't Kendo win in canon just to be saved?'
Kendo charges back in opting for a more boxers stance as she throws quick jabs at Momo who creates a shield, after her fourth jab her hand enlarges shattering the shield as Momo is forced back.
As Momo is almost pushed off the ring she seems to stop, a pole spiking out of her back into the floor keeping herself up.
Kendo reals her arm back going for a huge punch as Momo snaps her arm up shooting a taser into Kendo's chest stunning her before a metal net covers the now downed Kendo.
"Kendo can you still fight?"
Midnight questions the spazzing girl as the net flies up falling onto Momo herself, but instead of the Net just laying atop her it starts... disappearing?
No it re-enters Momo's body as she dodges a punch that cracks the ground before creating a pair of cuffs that snap around Kendo's wrist a ball and chain connected to them.
Swiftly twisting her body she appears on the other side of the confused Kendo before another one is on her other wrist and then feet locking her down.
Kendo moves her arms, albeit with more difficulty, throwing the ball and chain on her right arm towards Momo who ducks and shoves a taser into her gut.
This final attack put to much strain on Kendo's body and she is rendered unconscious, or at least immobile.
"Momo Yaoyorozu is the winner", hearing her words Momo collapses to the ground breathing heavily before removing the cuffs and lifting Kendo up assisting her out of the room.
My turn I guess, I place the now sleeping Kuro on my seat before heading off to the waiting room.
'What's my Health and Stamina at right now'

'Sounds about right, my body is heavily strained but I doubt it is hurting my HP and the barrier was up for a while but I've rested and recuperated, not like I lost much to Kirishima only straining my body and losing a bit of blood, I'll have to thank Recovery Girl later too'
I enter the waiting room immediately heading towards the exit preparing for my hardest fight yet... second hardest fight yet.
"AND NOW ONE OF THE MOST ANTICIPATED FIGHTS YET KATUSKI BAKUGOU VERSUS SHOTO TODOROKI"
The two of us step on stage, Bakugou with a huge scowl on his face, but a small smile with some sadistic energy behind it.
"You always had this shitty aura around you I plan to make your dumbass eat dirt today."
"And here I thought we were gonna have a picnic I even planned on being the dad while you were the family dog", opting to rile him up he is quickly angered.
'Although he is quick to anger I can't be lax with him as my opponent, he is one of the strongest kids in class as well as one of the smartest. Though he hasn't learned to control that anger or actually be taught what it really means to be a hero yet so it should work'
"START!"
"YOU BASTARD", Bakugou is quick to close the distance throwing an explosion towards my face as I duck under it moving to the left as I go into my stance.
"Oh no you don't", Bakugou use his explosion and momentum to twist himself in the air going for a diagonal swipe, starting from the top left of my vision.
Using my quirk ant R.T. my foot left foot explodes upwards, my heel planting itself into his gut as he is sent upwards, Renewal Taekwondo: Baek Rok.
I quickly slam my foot into the ground, gravity infused into it, as the floor cracks a lot of debris being created.
Shifting my weight I place the tip of my right foot into the ground, my right leg outstretched as I draw along the floor in a quick motion a wave of repulsion energy exploding out shooting debris into the towards Bakugou, R.T: Ground Drawer.
Bakugou quickly shifts his body into the air, spinning in a vortex like motion destroying most of the debris as his explosions speed up.
'Shit I can't do Ground Drawer again to nullify this I'm not skilled enough in it to do that, wait if I recall yeah that 'should' work'
I immediately get into my stance upping my armor defense, aka putting more repulsive energy behind it excluding my left foot.
As Bakugou approaches he stretches both his hands out as I dash towards the explosion my left foot moving upwards towards a head level position looping around his wrist as sparks fly.
"「HOWITZER IMPACT!」"
'This is what you get for trying to end a fight fast', my foot quickly follows through drawing his hands downwards as a huge explosion covers the arena, a shockwave ringing out.

Seconds pass...
'ow...'
I reach for my legs soothing them as my body is in a lot of pain to the point I'm coughing blood again, as I sit there on my ass an explosion engulfs the arena again dispersing the cloud.
A bloodied and angry Bakugou glares at me, "you thought were are done because of some small explosion, I made sure to sweat my ass off before we even started so I've still got a lot ready'.
I glance at his arms noticing a lot of sweat still there as I stand from my spot, the entire arena in ruin excluding where I was sitting, glancing behind me Cementoss is protecting most of the people.
Then again I took most of that blast.
"Ya know Bakugou you were really smart, yet here you are being a dumbass", I put my hands behind my back, cracking it in the process.
"THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN", he dashes at me throwing a blast, feinting it into a kick.
"It means you underestimate your opponent", blocking his kick I reach my hands up, a wave of attraction energy pulling his arms closer to mine.
He opts to use my 'attack' to boost his momentum to throw a fast punch, though it instead collides with both of my hands.
Feeling me have a heavy hold on him he reels his legs kicking me in the gut as I let him, my self flying back a bit, using my quirk to stabilize myself quickly.
"Come on attack me again, let's see that 'great' quirk of yours", I put my fingers up calling him over as I switch to the Basic Stance.
Bakugou quickly charges throwing a swipe towards me, sparks going throughout the air.
...
...
"Huh? What the hell", Bakugou quickly looks at his fists noticing a lack of sweat.
"Like I said, dumbass', opening my hand an orb with a watery substance rest in the middle as I flick it away.
I dash towards him placing my hand on his gut as he goes for an elbow, which collides with a well guarded shoulder before he is blasted with a huge wave of repulsion energy.
He attempts to recover mid air using his quirk but he doesn't have enough sweat causing him to fall out of the arena.
"WINNER Y/N NEO SEKAI", the crowd again erupts into cheers.
'I was honestly hoping for a better fight but I guess he is still a bit more immature than I thought, was it because of what happened in middle school?'
(Referring back to Chapter 4 aka Stalker Boy, the two fought for a moment, which was rare in their past as the MC stayed out of fights but did happen on occasion (like weeks - months apart))
'System how's my body'

'Damn, explains the leg pain though I'm curious if the backlash or his Howitzer caused the biggest damage'
I quickly walk off the stage heading towards Recovery Girl to get healed.

MC POV - 10 Minutes Later
"This form of martial arts you are using is putting heavy strain on your body, most people would die from this kind of strain you know", a loud thwacking sounds rings through the air as I rub my left arm, a searing pain coursing through it.
'This old lady is gonna more damage than Bakugou at this rate'
"DID YOU CALL ME AN OLD LADY!"
Another hit collides with my arm.
"N-no ma'am", I rub my arm a bit more.
'How the hell did she know and who the hell can't she scare, honestly they should've thrown her at Shigaraki or All For One'
"Yeah well you thought it, never try to hide anything from an old ladies intuition. Anyway your match should be starting soon, try avoiding the use of martial arts for the rest of your fights"
"All martial arts?"
She hits me again, thwacking me out of her room.
I slowly head back to the waiting room, finding Setsuna standing by the doorway.
"Hey you", her head perks up as she stops playing with Kuro's ears.
"You're back!"
She quickly runs up hugging me, "you gave some of us quite the scare there, thought something bad must have happened if you were talking that long to return, even had to pause the start of your next fight".
"Huh? My fight what about yours and Midoriya's", I hug her back before releasing her and giving her a confused look.
"Yeah about that... I lost, I was doing well keeping him back but he was agile and ended up using his quirk to blast some of my pieces out into the arena, I wasn't injured due to him only attacking ones that were at a very far range, though he ended up pausing for a moment mid fight... was really odd, kind of reminded me off how you spaced out", she chuckles at that last bit as if remembering something before turning around.
"Good luck and stay safe, can't be worrying a girl especially one you're dating", as she walks away I let out a sigh.
'She's expecting a lot out of me isn't she, suppose I should live up to her expectations then. Though Midoriya paused? Was 「Fate」interfering or did something happen with OFA, suppose I'll never know'

{"Not necessarily, the reason you are 'completing' so often is due to that rewards stacking, getting the initial completion is hard, but if you keep it and it builds up then it will be completed easier or harder depending on the rarity of the rewards. This is because you can claim either individually or as a combined reward"}
'Nifty, I'll think about it later, I'm mentally exhausted and still have two fights ahead of me'
Lets just hope it was all worth it.

Whelp that's another chapter, took me like two hours to write, about 1k per hour (My words per minute on a keyboard is like 70-80 so it was like 2:30 hours but meh)
Hope you all enjoyed the chapter I'm going back to re-reading God of Highschool despite having dozens of books I still need to start much less finish.
Actually, I want to comment on the last fight, it was a bit fast yes but I figured it fit Bakugou's current character as he still considers himself above everyone and is semi-quick to anger at this stage in his journey, I think he was definitely hot headed enough to say his weakness especially since you wouldn't immediately think the MC would do that much less think it, nor would Bakugou probably think that his one source of power would be so easily stripped away, what are your thoughts?
Question of the Chapter: Do you all consider a character looking and being named like another character from a different series a cross over? I was curious since I had some ideas, but I personally don't as I think a cross over is if they have the same backstory. I was just thinking about expanding upon the different hero society's and wanted to come up with characters and was just curious how you would all feel if I threw in heroes with appearances and shit like that.
