After he finished speaking, Charles Prescott took a box of pills from his pocket. "These are birth control pills. I want you to put them in with your sister's regular medication."
Sharon Sutton stared at Charles Prescott in disbelief. "How could I do that? If she finds out I did this without her permission, she'll be furious."
Trying to persuade her sister was one thing, but doing something like this was just wrong.
Charles said, "Sharon, I'm only asking you to do this because I love your sister. She's upset with me right now and won't listen to reason. But everything I'm doing is for our future together. By doing this, you're helping me, and you're helping her."
Sharon said, "I still can't! This is absolutely wrong! I can't do it."
No matter how naive she was, she was old enough to know this kind of thing was wrong.
