As the brothers looked up, they realized that, as of now, there was only 1 logical thing to do: run. So, they ran for their lives. They had to dodge cars, rocks, glass, and people. As the city was in chaos, even Ron the Hero and King Kai were worried. As they ran, Ron, suddenly, stopped in his tracks. He looked around and finally saw what was really happening: The city in panic, the people in fear, and the enemy winning. He clenched his fist. "Ron, what're you doing?!" Kai shouted. "We can't just run away! We're heroes now, so we need to do what heroes do: FIGHT FOR WHAT'S RIGHT!! And right now, ALL IS WRONG! Will you just run like a civilian, or fight like the hero you are?!" Ron exclaimed to Kai. Kai looked at his brother. Just then, Kai climbed over the wreckage, jumped off, and fist bumped Ron. They both looked at the robot's eyes, despite it towering them.
"RON!!! KAI!!!" Zynner said from the mech, it's voice speakers blasting Zynner's voice. "Come get us, you bastard!" Kai said. After talking for a few seconds, they had a plan. Ron ran to a house, and Kai flowed him. "Running away, are we? Well, fine by me, punks!" Zynner said. Kai, then, put his hands together and put them to his chest. Ron then jumped on them, allowing Kai to boost him up. Ron then pulled Kai up next to him. They climbed the house until they were at the top of the two-floor home. Zynner locked onto them. "Perfect for these idiots to do that." Zynner said to himself. He then launched 5 rockets at the heroes each. Ron and Kai then started to jump from rocket to rocket, eventually "giga-jumping," a super high jump that they trained for years now, with a rocket in hand, propelling themselves to the face of Zynner's mech. They then jumped off of the rockets last second, letting them blow up at the robot's face. Zynner made his mech rub it's eyes, removing the dust and ash. As he was rubbing his eyes, the brothers pulled themselves on top of the robot's head. They then jumped up and, at the same time, punched the top of the mech's head. For a second, it disrupted the robot, making it lose balance and fall to it's knees. "Hey, what the-" Zynner said. But he realized that they were on his head, so he simply flicked them off after getting back up. Or at least, he tried to. However, Ron held on to the tip of it's finger and, the moment that the arm was still, he ran up it. Zynner saw this, and tried to squish Ron by smacking him. Ron, however, slid under and just barely evaded the giant hand that almost crushed him. He continued to run up the arm until he got to the shoulder, where he then punched through the robot, getting inside of the neck. Meanwhile, with Kai, he was, also, breaking open the top of the robot's head. It was a bit harder, but he persisted. "Why won't you just get off?!" Zynner said, aggravated. "Ok, where am I?" Ron questioned as he navigated through the 40-foot wide neck. He found a ladder leading up to the head. He smirked, and climbed up. At the same time, Kai finally burst through after dodging multiple flicks. They both got in at the same time, and Ron caught the metal that Kai burst through, and placed it down gently, as to not alarm Zynner. They then hi-jacked him, pulling him down. Sure enough, the mech also fell down. Kai and Ron grabbed on to handles near them. Zynner held on to Ron. "Let go of me, bozo!" Ron said, trying to shake him off. Shaking wasn't needed, as the impact of the fall forced Zynner to let go, making him almost fall to the ground. He caught himself with wind, though. He took off his goggles, seeing Ron and Kai next to him. "Leave the town alone, and we won't hurt you." Ron said. Zynner smirked, and let out a wind blast, knocking the heroes back. He then made wind knives. Of course, they were invisible, since they were wind. But the wind was so fast that it could cut like a knife. He threw the knives at the boys. Kai's suit got cut instead of him, and Ron was able to dodge the knife. When the knives barely scratched Kai and missed Ron, Zynner turned the one that was meant to hit Ron into a boomerang, so it came back. When it came back, it was turned back into a knife. Kai saw into the future and saw what would happen. "RON! MOVE!!!" Kai almost said, but Zynner made a wind hand and punched Kai with it, cutting him off. So while Kai wasn't harmed by Zynner's knives, Ron wasn't so lucky. His forearm, that was wearing the glove, got sliced clean off. He screamed in agony, and Kai looked terrified. He slowly backed away from Zynner, before almost running. However, he remembered what Ron said earlier. Now was the time to be a hero for Ron. He took a firm step. "Kai, get out of here!" "No. I won't run. Not at a time like this!" Kai, enraged, ran at Zynner. He jumped at Zynner and choke slammed him. He then used his suit's weight to his advantage and started punching him on the ground, using the weight of the suit and force he punched with to do extra damage. Zynner kicked him off and made a wind fist. He then punched Kai into the wall, denting the diamond that was the floor, now wall. He made a wind wall and slowly started to close in on Kai. Ron, however, punched Zynner to the ground with his only arm. His fighter's spirit was surging through him, and he was raring to fight. Zynner got knocked down to his knees. "What the-" Kai stepped in and kicked him to the ground. Zynner pushed Ron and Kai away with a wind wall, before making a sword out of wind and attacking Ron with it. He dodged each slash effortlessly. Zynner tried to slash him across his stomach, but Ron jumped over his blade, and kicked Zynner across the face. Zynner stumbled, but quickly regained his footing and clashed fists with Ron. Ron quickly changed his fist into a palm, making Zynner's fist fall into it. He grabbed Zynner's fist and turned him around. Ron then kicked Zynner to the ground, still holding his arm, before stomping on Zynner's back. At the same time, Ron bent Zynner's arm as far as he could to the side, dislocating it. Zynner screamed in pain, but was interrupted by Kai kicking his head on the ground. Kai made a lasso out of plasma and wrapped it around Zynner's neck, before throwing him up from the ground. Violently, he was flung across his mech's head, slamming into the ceiling. Kai then yanked him down to the ground. As soon as Zynner touched the ground, Kai got rid of the lasso, allowing Zynner to bounce up. When he did, Ron punched Zynner across the face. Kai was waiting on the other side, so when Zynner was sent flying, Kai hit him back at Ron. He did so with a giant plasma fist, giving Zynner a taste of his own medicine. When Zynner got back to Ron, he was met with the strongest side kick he had ever felt in his life, despite having fought many, many battles. This time, Kai didn't hit Zynner back, but rather, he let him hit the wall. Ron, nowhere close to done, grabbed Zynner's head and bashed it against his knee. He then did a double kick, one on Zynner's stomach and the other on his head, letting him bounce off of the wall. Ron then grabbed Zynner's head again, this time to throw him across the room, single-handedly. He successfully did so, causing Zynner to faceplant in the middle of the room. Just as Ron and Kai were going to run into him to continue his punishment, Zynner made a dome of wind around himself, pushing the two back using all of the power he had left. Ron and Kai pounded against the walls. "I REFUSE TO LOSE TODAY!!" Zynner yelled. "DIVINITY IS MY DESTINY, AND IT WILL NOT BE STOLEN FROM ME, NOT WHEN I AM THIS CLOOOOSE!!!" Zynner roared so loudly that it caused the entire robot to rumble. That and the 200,000 mph winds that somehow didn't explode the robot's head. It was likely that the mech was reinforced with an unknown material, possibly an unearthly one. The duo was almost crushed by the wind's PSI. Ron's bones were cracking, and Kai's suit was flattening, but they resisted the raging winds and used the pressure to their advantage. They charged a jump and, the moment the wind was gone, they bounced off. Ron punched Zynner in the jaw, and Kai kicked him in the gut. Both with all of their might.
"HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
Ron was still highly energized, but seeing as though Zynner was on the brink of death, he found just enough mercy within him not to kill the man. The brothers came out of the head through the hole that Ron made in the neck. Ron took his arm with him before heading out, to be sure no one else got their hands on it. Kai tried to take the glove off of Zynner, but it didn't budge. Almost as if Zynner's glove was welded to the bone. Klint's fatherly suspicion led him to searching for the boys, finding them limping together, away from the wreckage that was Zynner's mech. Kai's left arm could barely hold his 180-poind helmet. When Klint came down to them, he, instead of taking them to a hospital, took them back to his cabin, wearing a terrified expression the entire helicopter flight. "My boys! What happened to you?" Klint looked at Ron's arm again, having to do a double-take to absorb the sight he beheld. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOUR ARM?!" "It's a long story, Klint. Please, can you do anything to help?" Ron said, uselessly attempting to mask his helplessness. "Of course. Both of you, just stay here. Don't move." Ron used his one arm to fist bump his brother, pathetically. His brother, returning the pathetic energy, reciprocated the action. Both passed out at the same time.
