As he arrived in his mind again, Naruto sat down as he spoke with Kurama.
"Hello Kurama, how you been?".
"Hmph, don't try to cosy up to me kid".
"Heh, anyways I'm sure you know there's a gap in the seal, so today I'll try and use it".
"Sure kid" Kurama then went silent. Naruto not being entertained left his mind as he sat up, he then gathered the chakra that was being released slightly, his yellow chakra started turning orange as his whiskers became frizzy, his eye pupils turned into that of a cats as his eye colour was now red.
His hair became spiky as he felt his strength increase by more than half, his weights felt almost nonexistent, intoxicated by this surge in power Naruto looked at his fingertips as they became sharp.
"With this red chakra Kurama gives me my strength boosted more than half! And my chakra reserves increased."
"This feels amazing!", 'one day, I'll have this type of power without Kurama'.
Kurama watching felt a sense of pride as his strength awed the kid Naruto, 'hmph, this is but a mere speck compared to my mighty strength!'.
Naruto then calmed down as he felt the Anbu's came even closer to his house, he quickly dissipated the red aura around him as his features returned back to normal.
Now having a clear direction of his next path to power he upped his weights as now he carried three time his body weight, "that power I just had should be were I'm aiming at, that boosted my strength by 50%".
Afterwards he went back to his training routine, finishing up, he decided it wa necessary to go and eat his ichiraku ramen as his allowance arrived an hour ago.
Walking out again, he made his way to ichiraku ramen when he came across Shikamaru, Choji and Ino.
"Hello Naruto" Shikamaru greeted him along with Ino and Choji.
"Hello" Naruto replied, used to his one word replies Shikamaru continued, "where you headed? Us three were going towards ichiraku ramen".
"Ichiraku ramen? You too?" Naruto replied abit surprised, "yeah are you going aswell?" Shikamaru replied seeing his surprised face.
"Yeah I'm a regular there" Naruto said as he walked ahead, "that's great let's go together then I'm hungry!" Choji said getting a knock to the head by Ino.
"You fatso, all you think about is food!".
"Hehehe, food is amazing what can I say" Choji said whilst rubbing the bruise Ino gave him.
"What a drag.. stop making us look bad in public you two" Shikamaru said as he caught up to Naruto.
"Anyways Naruto, how are you finding the academy?".
"It's fine, although it's boring, I'd rather not go, it's wasting my time".
"Yeah it's such a drag" Shikamaru said as he agreed with Naruto.
They all spoke as they reached the shop, walking in Teuchi knew what Naruto wanted so he asked Shikamaru and the rest hat they wanted.
"What would like to order?", Shikamaru looked at Naruto before he spoke, Teuchi seeing this smiled, "don't worry kid, I've already memorised his order so i I'll prepare it after taking all of yours".
"Oh ok then, I'd like miso soup". Choji and Ino then ordered with Choji ordering a lot of portions.
After their food arrived they all ate as they continued speaking, Teuchi seeing this smiled, although he didn't feel anything for Naruto, he still felt pity for the kid so he treated him nicely whenever he was in his shop.
After finishing his food Naruto said goodbye as he walked out, he decided to go to the river and sit there for abit, thinking about his past life, he wondered if there was even a way to go back.
Since he traveled from one universe to another so, he felt that it should be possible, as he continued laying on the grass, Hiruzen appeared as he sat beside Naruto.
"Hello Naruto".
"Hello Grandpa" Naruto replied as he looked at the sunset, Hiruzen then also looked at the sunset as he continued the conversation.
"How do you find the increased allowance?".
"Thanks to you Grandpa, I'm able to live more comfortably", Naruto said with a slight smile. Seeing this, Hiruzen smiled, "I've heard you became top of the class in the duel yesterday".
"Yes, although Sasuke is really strong! I only beat him by acting like I wasn't focused", hearing that, Hiruzen realised that Naruto was smarter than he showed before.
'Seems like he really is Minato and Kushina's child, I was wondering what qualities he took from them as he didn't show them until today'.
"That was clever thinking Naruto, do you plan on applying for an early graduation?".
"Nah, I think it's better for me to make friends, then I can worry about the grown up things when I graduate later".
"Hahaha, that is correct, the world is at peace so there's no reason for you to rush to graduate" Hiruzen then patted his head with a kind smile.
Naruto seeing that smile felt disgusted by it, he wanted to drive a sword through his hurt so badly, but he quickly calmed down before Hiruzen felt something off.
"I know when you grow up, Naruto you will be the kindest and most amazing ninja in the world!", hearing this manipulative sentence Naruto sneered in his heart.
"Hehehe, you know Grandpa, then I'll continue to protect the leaf after I become hokage!".
"Hahaha, good good, I have some matters to attend to, so I'll come an visit you next time".
"Ok, bye Grandpa" Naruto then gave him a sweet smile as Hiruzen disappeared.
The anbu's listening to the conversation scoffed when they heard Naruto say he would become hokage.
"Hmph, a demon fox wants to become hokage? In his dreams".
"Hahaha, that's the funniest thing I've heard today!".
As they laughed Naruto soon returned to his spot as he laid there, when the sun set completely he got up as he made his way back to his house.
Unlocking the door, he walked in as he turned on the lamp light, after taking a shower, ate some ramen again and went straight to bed.
Thinking back to his conversation with Hiruzen Naruto laughed, after stopping he decided to overtake Sasuke in the shuriken throwing contest tomorrow at school.
Although he knew he was better than Sasuke at it, he let him win after he won the first time, he felt it wasn't necessary to show off, but tomorrow he decided to let loose abit and win, he didn't like the look Sasuke would give him when he won everytime.
It was a look saying, 'I'm better than you, it's to be expected'. So Naruto had to knock him down the pedestal abit.
"I wonder what face you'll make Sasuke-kun".
"Hehehehehehe".
