Slowly my eyes opened and I looked around in confusion. I was sitting in a large open area with a futuristic design to it. Aside from me, there were other people as well but the most confusing thing was that each of them carried cold weapons.
"Gah," I grunted in discomfort as memories flowed into my mind. Shit. I thought once the memories stopped.
Looking down I stared at Crocea Mors that hung off my waist. With the new memories in my head or is it Jaune's head? Anyway, it doesn't matter what does matter is that I'm in RWBY as Jaune Arc and I have no idea how I got here.
Did I die and get reincarnated? Was I just transported here by someone or something? I began to drum my fingers against the seat in worry as I tried to figure out how I found myself in this situation.
For now, I need to figure out how much this world is similar to the cartoon. I couldn't just base all my assumptions of the future and characters just by going off it. If I did I would be hindering my growth by trying to make sure everything goes exactly as canon.
Okay, let's see who's here on the ship. Looking around I immediately noticed the main character Ruby Rose. She wore a black dress consisting of a long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, over which is a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front, and a matching skirt with red lining and a red petticoat. She also wears a pair of thick black tights that fade to red near the bottom, and black combat boots with red laces, red trims around the top, and red soles.
Her outfit is topped by a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her silver rose emblem was attached to her wide black belt, which was slung around her hips at an angle. Attached to her belt are a pocket and a row of bullets.
And beside her was her sister Yang Xiao Long who wore a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low-cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black.
She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her fire-like emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of tight black spandex compression shorts that reach her upper thighs. She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee.
Looking away from them I tried searching for anyone else that stood out but I couldn't see anyone that stood out like those two.
So no changes so far from canon but I'll keep an eye out. Next, I need to find a way to pass the exam tomorrow. While Jaune's heart was in the right place he only got some rudimentary training from Dad so while I knew how to use Crocea Mors it was just the basics. I have about a day to get my skills up to snuff. And I also have to unlock my Aura. I don't want to die when Ozpin throws us off the cliff.
Leaning back I closed my eyes and released a tired sigh. But how am I going to do that since Jaune didn't even know what Aura was before today and the show barely put any thought into the mechanics behind it?
Immediately I went rigid and my eyes snapped open hearing the robotic voice in my head. Looking around I tried to see if someone was using their semblance to read my mind. Who are you?
Hearing that I drew a complete blank for a couple of seconds trying to remember any character from RWBY that went by that name. Not remembering anything I tried remembering other franchises until I found a potential match. Are you the skill Great Sage from Tensura?
Okay, seriously what the hell is going on!? I somehow have Great Sage as well!? After mentally cursing whoever sent me here and stressing me out I released a sigh having calmed down enough to begin thinking rationally.
Okay, Great Sage is there anything else be they skills or other abilities inside me? I asked Great Sage calmly as I stared out the window of the airship.
So someone basically just sent me here with Rimuru's abilities huh? Not to sound ungrateful but I had rather they didn't. With the skills in my arsenal that meant that everything that had to do with Tensura was now connected to this RWBY universe. And while I only watched the anime I know they go full-on multiverse war and that could include this universe now. Not to mention other works I had seen in my time on Earth could be real and that is just as concerning.
Anyway, let's put those depressing thoughts on the back burner. Great Sage you gave me ways to unlock my Aura earlier. Is there any way to speed that process up?
No, we're about to land but I'll do it later tonight. I said as I looked out the window seeing Beacon Academy. Sitting on the edge of the cliff was the school itself which looked like a big white castle.
After a couple of minutes, the airship landed and I stood up grabbing my suitcase as I followed the others out onto campus.
So this is Beacon huh? Hopefully, I won't have to see it destroyed. Taking a deep breath I began walking down the long avenue that led to the school itself. Pulling out my scroll, I opened my email and pulled up the school's map. Alright, the amphitheater is just a straight shot.
*Boom*
I was taken out of my thoughts by an explosion that was fairly close to where I was considering I could see the ice and fire as well as the spikes of earth and discharges of electricity.
…Damn you hero's heart! I cursed as I ran toward where the explosion happened. After a couple of seconds, I saw the cause of the explosion. At the epicenter were two people standing in a crater. The first was Ruby whose face and outfit were covered in soot.
The second person was Weiss Schnee. She wore a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt. Over this, she wears a bell-sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar.
She also wears a small apple pendant on a silver chain and thin, rectangular silver earrings. Her boots are white, wedged-heeled, and higher at the back than the front. They have a small silver decoration across the top of the foot and are lined in red. A thin white sash is tied around her waist with a pouch attached to the back.
As soon as I saw her my heart began to beat faster as she was the prettiest girl I had ever seen back on Earth and here on Remnant. Okay, I get why the Jaune of canon was so down bad for her. I thought before shaking my head. Calm down Jaune, you can think about your love life after you deal with Salem. As I walked closer I began to hear their conversation.
"Do you have any idea how much lien you just cost me and now I've lost a sizable portion of dust!" Weiss yelled at Ruby who held her head down.
"I said it was an accident princess! And besides you were the one shaking the vial of dust. So if anything it was your fault." Ruby said with a pout.
"Um, are you guys okay?" I interjected stopping their argument as they both turned to me.
"And who are you?" Weiss asked coldly with a raised eyebrow.
"I'm Jaune, Jaune Arc and I heard the explosion earlier. Are you two alright?"
"Oh? I see. In that case, thank you for your concern Jaune, it's just this little girl being unaware of her surroundings." Weiss hmphed as she crossed her arms.
"I said I was sorry princess!" Ruby yelled in annoyance as she glared at Weiss.
"She's actually a heiress." A monotonous voice said from behind me. Looking over my shoulder I saw the hidden faunus Blake Belladonna.
She wore a black, buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath that is a white, sleeveless, high-necked, crop undershirt and tight white spandex compression shorts that reach her upper thighs with a zipper on the front of each leg, emblazoned with a YKK logo. She also wore black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem is visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm is a black detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep, and black ribbons are wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose, black scarf is wrapped around her neck. A black ribbon is tied with a large bow on the top of her head, which I knew hid her cat ears.
Looking down at her hand I saw her holding a small vial.
"Weiss Schnee, heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, one of the largest sellers of dust in the world," Blake said as she walked up beside me.
"Finally! Some recognition!" Weiss smiled while puffing up her chest.
"There also the same company infamous for its controversial labor forces and questionable business partners," Blake said with a small smirk that was barely noticeable, and turning back to Weiss her cheeks flushed as she scowled at Blake.
"Wha- How dare- The nerve of... Ugh!" Weiss stuttered out before groaning in frustration and walking up to Blake. She then snatched the bottle out of Blake's hand and walked off with a huff while what I assumed were people employed by the Schnee family followed after her carrying her luggage.
"I promise I'll make this up to you!" Ruby called out to Weiss but she was already out of earshot. "I guess I'm not the only one having a rough first day... So, what's…" Ruby said turning to where Blake was but puttered off seeing Blake already walking off.
So that's the famous Bellabooty huh? I thought as I saw how tightly Blake's ass was held in her shorts emphasizing all the more.
I was taken out of my thoughts by a thump and turning back to Ruby I saw her lying on her back with an exhausted expression. "Welcome to Beacon...yah." She said in a monotone that could rival Blake's.
"I'm guessing people aren't really your specialty are they?" I asked while looking down at her in amusement.
