While the Higanbana Girls were gathered in Natsuki's home where they were apologizing to each other.

Keiko: Hey Kotori-san you don't need to press it that much!
Nextdoor was Kotori, Keiko and Itsuki visiting the Itadori household where Kotori was frantically pressing the doorbell.
Ding~ Dong~ Ding~
Itsuki: Kotori-san! Please stop that's enough!
Kotori: Sigh~ Fine.
Due to the possibility of Ryueki being involved, Kotori had gotten very impatient as she really hated him and the thought of him being involved made her very angry.
Creak~
As soon as she stopped pressing the doorbell, the door opened and they were greeted by Ryueki's parents.
Ryueki's Dad: Who is it? Why are you- !!!
Ryueki's Mom: Dear who's at the door- ?!?!
Both of Ryueki's parents were both shocked to see Kotori on their front door.
Kotori: Good evening, Mr. and Ms. Itadori, I am Kotori Ai Higanbana, the older sister of Kaneki Higanbana.
After introducing herself, Kotori got straight to the point.
Kotori: I'll cut to the chase, we're here to interrogate your adopted son.
Both of Ryueki's parents were surprised of their reason for coming, but didn't tried to argue yet and allowed them to come in.
Ryueki's Dad: P-Please come in, take a seat.
Kotori: Thank you. Let's go you two.
Kotori, Keiko and Itsuki then took off their shoes and walked into the Itadori house and sat by the living room.
Where Ryueki's parents will talk to them first before they interrogate Ryueki's himself.
Ryueki's Mom: W-Why did you come to interrogate our son?
Ryueki's Mom didn't understand why they come to interrogate him, and Kotori immediately explained.
Kotori: My little brother, Kaneki Higanbana when he talked to his childhood friends and our step sister when they were supposed to apologize and reconcile with each other.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad: Eh?
Kotori: But they said some mean and out of character things which led to my brother bursting into flames, knocking himself unconscious and his body continuosly shaking
But her explanation didn't made any sense to Ryueki's parents.
Ryueki's Mom: W-What does that have to do with him?
Ryueki's Dad: Yeah... How could he be involved in all of this? From what you said those girls are the ones responsible in all of this.
They both refused to believe Ryueki was involved.
So Kotori gave them a good reason to suspect him.
Kotori: It is true, that they were somewhat responsible. But like I said their reason for talking to him was to apologize and reconcile, they were planning this for a very long time and their change in behavior was too sudden and strange.
Ryueki's Dad: But what does that have to-
Kotori: Because back then girls would suddenly fall in love with him for no reason and would do anything for him.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad: !!!
Ryueki's parents knew very well that Kotori was right.
Kotori: The most famous example of this was during the W.S.S.F when many girls that came from far and wide suddenly fell in love with hi, despite not knowing much about him and attacked my brother, the rest of my family and his friends.
Itsuki: Yeah that is very odd.
Keiko: Yeah that is strange.
Kotori: You know this very well, after all that guy has been involved with many girls before.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad knew Kotori was right, and the fact they've seen girls fall in love with him over the years and for no reason at all.
And they would even do anything he wants as well.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad: ...
Kotori: Sigh~ I understand that you're worried about your son, but be rest assured we're only here to interrogate him for the time being as he's our only suspect. We won't do anything drastic, yet.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad: Yet?!?!
Kotori: Have you forgotten your contract with my brother? If your son were to cause any trouble Kaneki-chan would kill him, if we were to find out he was involved and Kaneki-chan awakens and recovers, Kaneki-chan will kill him immediately.
Both parents were anxious, but.
Ryueki's Mom & Dad: W-We understand... It will be our punishment for not raising him better.
They understood as they felt responsible for everything that Ryueki had done.
Kotori: Good. Now then, will you show us his room? I'm starting to get very VERY impatient right now.
Kotori made a scornful look towards Ryueki's parents as her patience was getting thinner and thinner.
Seeing this both of Ryueki's parents reluctantly told her where Ryueki's room was.
Ryueki's Dad: His room is upstairs.
Ryueki's Mom: Once you reach the second floor his room is the second door on the right.
Kotori: Thank you. Let's go Keiko-chan, Itsuki-chan.
Itsuki & Keiko: Right!
And so the three went upstairs and to Ryueki's room.
Kotori: Well then I'll fix this later.
Itsuki & Keiko: Huh?
Itsuki and Keiko were confused by what Kotori said after reaching Ryueki's door.
But very quickly they realized.

Crash!
Ryueki: W-What?!
Because she kicked down the door.
Swoosh!
Kotori: GOT YOU!
GRIP!
Before anyone could process what had happened, Kotori rushed in and grabbed Ryueki's neck in a strong and tight grip.
Slam!
Before slamming and pinning his entire body onto the wall.
Ryueki: W-What are you doing here?!
Ryueki looked at Kotori with his barely working eyes.
Glow~
Glare!
Ryueki: !!!
But he was met with Kotori's glowing red eyes as she glared into his own with a scornful expression all over her face before saying.
Kotori: I'm the one who is going to ask questions, you vile piece of plastic waste.
Ryueki: W-What do you want?
Kotori: You know what I want, you've been eavesdropping earlier.
Itsuki & Keiko: What?!
Ryueki: !!!
Apparently Ryueki had eavesdropped in Kotori's conversation with his parents earlier which Kotori immediately found out.
Kotori: Yeah, I heard you eavesdropping earlier so you have an idea of what's going on.
Seeing that he has been found out, Ryueki chuckled sinisterly.
Ryueki: Hehehe... That mob charact-
Grip!
Crack!
Ryueki: AAAAARGH!
Kotori wouldn't allow Ryueki to insult Kaneki so she cracked one of Ryueki's neck bones.
Kotori: Don't say any unnecessary things, or I'll break your bones, heal them and break them again over and over.
Ryueki: Tch! What a pain.
Itsuki & Keiko's thoughts*
(Wow she's being intense!)
Kotori: Now just so we can have an easier time. ANSWER MY QUESTIONS WITH THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH!
In order to have an easier interrogation, Kotori used her Demon of sound ability to forcefully make Ryueki tell the truth whenever he is questioned.
Kotori: Now then. Where were you yesterday?
Ryueki: Tch! Where else? I was cooped up in this damned house.
Kotori: Damnit...
Keiko: What? Why did you believe him?
Kotori: I used my ability so he wouldn't lie and only tell the truth, and because this guy no longer has any abilities or even had one that negates it he is telling the absolute truth.
Ryueki: Right? So you only came here to waste your ti-

Before Ryueki could finish, he was thrown to the other side of the room.
Itsuki & Keiko: Kotori-san?!
Grip!
Before his neck was in Kotori's hands again.
Kotori: Well since you weren't there, then... Was someone else involved?
Ryueki: !!!
Seeing Ryueki's reaction, Kotori urged him to speak.
Kotori: Speak!
Ryueki: Y-Yes...
Reluctantly Ryueki answered.
Kotori: So there was someone else involved? Who is it?
Ryueki: Heh!
Ryueki smirked and answered in a mocking tone.
Ryueki: I don't know~ I never met the guy, I only ever heard him in my head~
Itsuki: Guy?
Keiko: Someone else is involved?!
Ryueki's answer was not what they had suspected, someone else was involved in the incident.
Kotori was angry but continued to keep her cool as she continued to question him.
Kotori: Is it someone we know?
Ryueki: Nope~ I never really saw him face to face~ I only ever heard him in my head~ but whoever he is... I'M SO HAPPY HE IS DESTROYING THAT MOB CHARA-

Before Ryueki could finish, she snapped Ryueki's neck.
Hearing the loud snapping of his bones made Itsuki and Keiko thought she had kiled him.
Itsuki & Keiko: What did you do?!
Kotori: Don't worry I was applying healing magic while I snapped his neck, he won't die that easily, so he's just knocked out right now.
Itsuki: So... What now?
Kotori: Well. We go home, it's getting very late now.
Keiko: Eh? Are you sure?
Kotori: Yes I got some new information anyways, it's enough for me.
Itsuki & Keiko: Um... Okay then?
Itsuki and Keiko then started leaving.
Kotori: Alright I'll fix this before I leave.
Before leaving herself, Kotori picked up the door she kicked down and fixed the doorway.
Kotori: Done.
But before she left she looked back at Ryueki's unconscious body and around his room.
Kotori: Eh?
But she suddenly noticed something, right underneath his T-shirt was a strange marking she never seen before.
Kotori: What is this?
She went closer and pull the shirt up she saw the entirety of the mark, it was nothing she had ever seen before.
She pulled out her phone and then took a picture of it.
Flash!
Kotori: Got it, this might be important...
After taking the photo, she left the room and joined the two outside.
Ryueki's parents: we're sorry if our son caused you any trouble.
Kotori: It's alright, we got what we needed.
After that exchange with Ryueki's parents, Kotori, Keiko and Itsuki started going home.
Kotori: I'll see you all later.
Itsuki & Keiko: Call us if you need help again okay?
Kotori: I will.
After separating from Itsuki and Keiko, Kotori took out her phone once more and stared at the strange mark that was covering most of Ryueki's abdomen and chest.
Kotori: Could this be related to this "Guy" that he mentioned?
Kotori thought of the possibility of it being related to the person Ryueki was involved with.
Kotori: "This is urgent, I want you guys to find out what these markings mean".
So she sent it to the council researchers to find out what it could be.
"Roger Ai-san, we'll begin researching immediately."
Kotori: Good.
With her investigation for the day now over, Kotori looked at Natsuki's house where the Higanbana girls were at.
