Humans had wiped off all the weaker and lesser mythological creatures unicorns, fairies, dwarves, trolls, the only creatures left were vampires and werewolves. The big difference was the humans technological advancement they were masters of the weather making it day or night on command. Vampires nearly died out in ambushes during the daylight and werewolves with no more lunar transformations during the night had become weak. In the end they both had no choice but to succumb to the humans demands. They both agreed to their terms to be slaves and do their whims this was better than death or worse watching their families get brutally murdered for the humans entertainment. And the war had come to an end many chose to die then become slaves but the few that survived hoped that maybe one day they will be free again and even fewer wished for the coexistence of all.
