A weird feeling came over, Sam closed his eyes to try and feel the changes in his body. Although he waited for a few seconds, nothing that significant happened, only a cold feeling in his chest that quickly faded.
" Bestow skills? that's not bad. So I'll be able to bestow a skill to other people? but not me? "
Although a little disappointed, the skill seemed quite useful.
Sam scratched his head in thought. It seemed that the skill he had, from description was better that average. Aside from being unranked, bestowing skills should be a powerful talent, right?
In terms of rarity. Common, Uncommon, Rare, Unique, Mythical, and lastly Legendary. This ranking depends on the skill itself and how much it is seen in the world. Common, being a skill used by most, and Legendary Skills seen only once in a thousand years.
"Does this mean my talent is trash? Being unranked or is it a glitch?"
Sam couldn't help but frown, the future was looking bleak.
" It said earlier that I there's only one citizen at the moment, should I just wait for people to arrive? " He continued to look through the stone tablet, reading the different descriptions.
'I've thought about this for a while now' Sam looked around the empty hall.
"Doesn't this feel like a real time strategy building game? Although I'm not an avid gamer, I used to play on my phone whenever I'm on break. " Growing up poor, Sam didn't have the leisure to play games, instead he had to work, what little game he played, he wasn't an expert in.
As if he remembered something important, Sam left the hall and went to the Broken building next to it. It was the Ruined Workers Hut.
It was a small hut, maybe 3 meters in diameter. The thatch roof was filled with holes and some parts were ven burned. One of its wooden walls also fell down.

" Is there any requirement? Like the last building?" Sam waited a few minutes, and circled the Hut to see if a window would pop up, and it did.

It took Dex around 30 minutes to gather all the materials besides the hut. He was breathing heavily and was dirty and grimy by now.
" Claim! "

The wind started to blow stronger causing dust and debri to blow all over the place. The holes in the roof started to fill, and one by one the walls began to fix themselves.
A few more second later, a strange white light flashed around the Huts door and a runes began to engrave on the thin door.

Description: Each Player has a portal of their own, and based on it's level, a player can summon citizens for their territory.
" So this is how I populate my Territory. There is a max number of people that can be summoned. With a Cooldown of 1 day, I think it wouldn't last long before I have an army, like those games I played."
"Since my talents cooldown is only 1 hour, that means that all my summoned would have skills within 3 hours, and maybe a can bestow again?"

" Okay! Use it please. "
The Huts door began to shine with blue and white light. The blue and white light started to swirl and soon a few silhouette could be seen.
One by one, people started to walk through the portal. 3 men different in ages. They were standing perfectly still for a few seconds, but then suddenly as if waking up, they started to look around.
One on the men even started coughing and fell down. Sam immediately came beside him and helped him up.
" Are you okay? "
" Yes, I'm okay my lord. I apologize for my rudeness. "
Sam was a little shocked being called a lord. Also by the fact that they already seemed to know that he was the one that summoned them.
" You.. why do call me lord? "
The Man that seemed weak was shocked and showed a terrified face. Before he could say anything however, another person in the group answered first. He kneeled and said loudly..
" Please forgive us my lord, we didn't wish to offend you. "
It was a misunderstanding, and Sam understood. With a wry smile he raised him up.
" That's not what I meant, of course I know you didn't mean to offend me. "
The three people stood up and seemed relieved.
" My name is Sam, It seems that starting from today, I will be your new Lord. "
