Bianca growled, letting out her claws, frightening Lauren the more as she took steps back, in hope to escape the room since no one was going to interfere, as there was no foul play in the use of power. Because she doesn't have one, does not mean that Bianca can't use hers, which only out her at an disadvantage.
Bianca moved in a dangerous speed to Lauren and before anyone could blink, she clawed at her arm, creating deep gashes from her shoulder down to her arm.
"Ahhh!!!" A terrifying scream left her mouth as she clutched at her bleeding arm, as it continues to bleed profusely. Blood dropped to the floor in an unhealthy amount.
"That's enough, Bianca! It's just training, remember?" Donald scolded.
Bianca finally smiled, her eyes returning to their normal golden color, and with a bow, she walked over to take her seat. Lauren stood at the centre of the circle, crying in pain while being attended to by Donald and Jason. Tears trickled down her chins as she sniffled. The pain was too much to bear and because she's yet to manifest, she could not heal herself.
"Are you okay?" Donald asked, with Jason standing beside them. She shook her head.
"This is serious, Jason will escort you to the clinic. Get yourself treated"
"And... done!"
Edward, the school doctor, wrapped the bandage around her arm, holding it in place with the plaster.
"You should be okay"
"Thanks, Doc. I think I'm a lot better"
"You should head back to class..."
"I want to go home" She quickly cuts in and he exchanged glance with Jason, who stood quietly behind her.
"Why?"
"I already had a bad time...I don't want to add salt to my wound"
"Fine, if that's what you want. But, you will have to ask Miss Ashley for permission, understood?"
"Thanks, I promise, I will" She stood up. "Bye"
As she made her way out of the treatment room, Jason followed closely behind.
"She has to leave our pack" Connor said for the umpteenth time and Jane glared at him.
"Your Highness, I beg you to have mercy on our Lauren. She's probably a late bloomer, I'm sure that with time, she'll be able to manifest. Chasing her away is not the best option, she won't be able to blend with the outside world, the humans are so cruel to our kind" Romeo pleaded.
Of course, the Alpha does not have a problem with her staying but the councils have been bringing up requests upon requests to chase her out.
"I'm sure she looks human, so she'll be able to blend with them" Connor replied and Romeo growled at him.
"You should take Lauren as your daughter, would it be fair if your blood is being treated the way you're treating Lauren?" Jane snapped. Connor chuckled.
"My daughter is not a weakling like yours" Jane gasped, offended.
"How dare you utter such words?"
Her eyes were now glowing gold as she moved forward to attack Connor who awaits her attack.
"Enough! All of you!"
Alpha Damien yelled and the throne room fell into complete silence.
"Connor, I don't think what you said is the right solution to this. She's also a member of our pack and must be treated as one, even those she still looks...human, like you said. Am I clear?"
Connor was very well displeased with the response, but he still resigned.
"Yes, Your Highness" He bowed.
Alpha Damien turned to the rest of the council. "I hope I'm clear on this, we must help her in every way possible for manifestation to take place. But, two months from now, if she's still the same, then I'm sorry, she's leaving for good..."
Jane gasped "Your Highness..."
"That's my judgement, no questions!"
"Yes, Your Highness" Everyone bowed in submission.
The meeting was ended and the council was dismissed.
"This isn't over" Connor spat bitterly as soon as they stepped out of the throne room. The old man was brimming red with anger.
Romeo and Jane watched him stomped away.
"Let's leave him be, Dear" He smirked at her and she smiled.

"How are the preparations for Xavier's birthday going?"
Luna Camille asked her husband as she walked into their room.
"It's going well. Do you think he's going to find his mate this time?" He asked.
Camille smiled, walking over to the bed to sit down.
"I'm sure he's meeting his mate this time, I'm sure the moon goddess has a beautiful girl somewhere for him, that's why he's not found her yet. And if he doesn't find her this time too, we'll keep on throwing a birthday party for him until that happens"
"Lame"
"Uh?"
"Lame response...what if he's seen his mate but is only pretending not to"
"Come on, Damien. No one finds their mate and pretend they don't exist...for years...when you found me, how do you feel? If you didn't feel anything, you would've just passed by"
"Fine... fine, let's hope he finds his mate this time. Where's Xavier by the way?"
In the woods, two wolves could be seen, racing through the thick woods. One with a grey fur and the other with a brown fur.
Finally, they stopped at an open field and took steps towards a rock which had a bag and clothes on it. The sound of bones cracking filled the air and claws were replaced with fingers and big ears replaced with small ones and furs disappeared and clear skin appeared.
The wolves turned into two guys , naked. They started changing into their clothes and sat on the rock.
"So, Xavier. How's the race? Help much?" Daniel asked.
Xavier sighed. "Great"
Daniel could tell something was bothering this friend of his.
"Are you worried about your party?"
"Yeah, I guess...I was just worried that I may not find my mate this time too. I don't know why it's taking so long. I think this is the moon goddess' way of punishing me for being a flirt"
"Flirting isn't a sin, Dude...cheer up, I'm sure she has a surprise for you"
"Maybe...maybe not" Then he stared at Daniel. "How's your mate?"
"I had a good night with Clarissa"
"She must be awesome in bed" He whispered and Daniel glared.
"Oh come on! I'm bored, flow along with me" He grumbled and they laughed.
Suddenly, Daniel stopped laughing and stared blankly at nowhere, then he stared at Xavier, who had an idea of what he has to say.
"We have to head back, the Alpha wants you at the mansion "
"I don't understand why he had to mind-link you instead of me"
"I'm not sure, but we have to leave" Daniel picked up the bag and hung it around his neck. They shifted into the wolves form, shedding off their torn clothes before racing into the woods
