Tao Jue had an incredibly unique opportunity before him; to create heaven in his own image, and its inhabitants the way he wished.
When one thinks of heaven, usually a white and gold world above the clouds comes into mind. A golden gate leading to angels with large white feathered wings and beauty.
Tao Jue wished to create heaven in this way, similar to how it's depicted in Earth; A grand world filled with the pleasures of mortal beings, ruled by the Angels, Archangels and above all, God himself.
The First step was to create a suitable and habitable climate for the angels to live, a bright world the opposite of Hell. In order to do this, he first conceptualised a plan similar to earth, creating its Inner core, Outer Core, the mantle and the crust. After creating Heaven's shape based on earth, he ensured the inner and outer cores were thinner than the mantle and its crust. He aimed for a higher humidity at a lower surface level in order to create lower altitude clouds, although he was unsure if this would work. Even if it did, he could imagine clouds being a nuisance to the inhabitants and in the way of daily lives, hence, he was not that bothered about the clouds.
After forming a planet similar to earth, he implemented various lives of nature that had a bright white colour. One of his proudest creations were the bright white trees scattered around the planet's surface, high enough so that mortals wouldn't be able to see the top from the ground. These were staggeringly beautiful, in addition to white flowers, snowy climates and some wildlife such as rabbits and foxes, this was the heaven he found to be perfect.
The second task Tao Jue had, was to create the beings that will reside in heaven.
Depending on the religion, there were typically seven Archangels overseeing Heaven below God. These were named Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael, Selaphiel, Raguel and Barachiel. In order to create these beings, he would need more time as they were similar in power to the Archdemons, with less combat power and more intelligence, excluding Lucifer, whom is part Angel and Demon.
Tao Jue felt it appropriate to start planning their creation ahead of time as he needed Heaven and hell on or around the same level of power; Hence, he had already organised the memories he wanted the Angels to inherit, all that's left is to create them.
God, however, needs a very long time to create, as he will have a major power of creation just under his own. To do this, he would need to give this God a fraction of his own power in order to ensure he can create and destroy on his own. Naturally, he could not be threatened by this miniscule percentage of his creation energies and so didn't mind lending it to a subordinate.
God would dictate the various rules of Heaven but in this universe, he would not be the father of Lucifer, nor would he have any relations with Hell. He would favour heaven but understand the necessity of Hell and support it likewise.
Tao Jue began to materialise the Archangels with his creation power, slowly creating their silhouettes into existence. He would need at least a few hundred years to create seven beings of this level, so he would sleep within space and construct in his sleep.

Archdemon Lucifer was busy altering a creation of his, a 'crossroad demon' he called it. Just as he was deep in concentration, he felt an ominous and almost godly calling in the space above. It was as if his bloodline had found its nemesis, a being so opposite that he felt disgust just thinking about it, and he had an idea who it may be.
Although he had not met the Archangels in his life, he had inherited memories of all Archangels and their traits. He knew when he felt this strange bloodline calling that his creator had finally brought them into existence, he knew in the future, it was likely they would fight in many wars and battles, all originating from a strange feeling at the beginning of the universe.
The other Archdemons felt similar to Lucifer, disgusted and filled with hatred, they could not continue their experiments and creation and hence had to attempt to relax.
Archdemon Azazel sneered, "Heh, wonder which one ill kill first".
"Do you believe the Creator will allow you to fight? It's not time yet. Remember the Grand Plan." Lilith calmed him down.
"Of course, I remember, Hell is now populated with five different species. Although not perfect, if we can continue to evolve their combat traits, we can have the edge when the inevitable war occurs" Archdemon Azazel grinned.
Meanwhile, Tao Jue was happy with the results. The Archangels were truly beautiful beings, all very respectful to their own creator. They understood that they needed to implement angels in heaven and ensure it was adequately populated by the time Earth two is created. Albeit they also understood they were behind the Demons, who had already populated much of Hell with various Demonic species. This made them enthusiastic about beginning their tasks and they quickly got to work after being dismissed by Tao Jue.
Tao Jue was now alone in space, between Heaven and Hell.
"Suppose it's time to create a God now, huh?"
