The courtyard below was a total mess. Cat Noir was still down inside the penalty ring, breathing shallowly, while Ladybug was back-pedaling hard and using her yo-yo as a shield to deflect the incoming energy blasts. She could not get close enough to disarm the gun without entering those active five-meter freeze zones, which made normal tactics useless since a single misstep would leave her paralyzed.
White Fang stood at the edge of the ledge, knowing he needed a massive advantage.
"Pack Synergy!"
The call triggered his primary Miraculous power, sending a silver wave rolling out from his chest to lock onto Ladybug and the drained Cat Noir. The conversion did not cause them harm, but his Miraculous pulled their core concepts and physical attributes directly into his own body. The transformation hit hard as his muscles tightened, and a massive wave of speed and power flooded his limbs. His reflexes sharpened instantly, layering the cat's agility and the ladybug's precision right over his own wolf traits until he became a total force multiplier.
The Disqualifier aimed his pistol right at Ladybug's chest.
White Fang dropped from the ledge. He activated his absolute silence power to cut off all vibrations and sound waves, falling like a stone from the sky while remaining completely invisible to the villain's perception.
He hit the dirt right inside the active red penalty zone. The freezing energy pressed against his chest, trying to lock his joints and choke out his life force, but the massive reserve from Pack Synergy held the line, allowing him to push through the paralysis. Before the villain could pull the trigger, White Fang drove a heavy, precise kick straight into the hilt of the sword. The raw impact shattered the weapon into pieces, and the plastic whistle that had been fused into the grip popped loose, flying through the air.
The Disqualifier stumbled back, completely disarmed. White Fang locked onto him, hitting him with a cold intimidation glare that used pure predator energy to freeze the villain in his tracks out of instinctual fear. White Fang snatched the flying whistle out of the air and crushed the plastic to dust inside his fist.
The dark akuma fluttered free, and Ladybug snapped her yo-yo forward to trap the insect in the glowing mesh.
"Gotcha," she muttered, purifying the bug before tossing her lucky charm into the air. "Miraculous Ladybug!"
The pink light washed away the damage, dissolving the glowing red penalty zones, clearing the gravel, and making the track look brand new. The light washed over Cat Noir, who sat up and rubbed his head as his physical energy rushed back into his limbs.
"Did we win?" Cat Noir asked.
Ladybug turned to find their partner, but the roof was already empty because he had cleared out the moment the job was done.
A few minutes later, Finn walked through the school gates with his bag over his shoulder, finding the streets completely quiet. Adrien and Nino ran up behind him, talking excitedly about the crazy fight they had just missed. Finn smiled, glad to see his friends safe as they all walked home together under the afternoon sun.
