All of us watched as the smith succubus floated a little above the ground and her wings spread open behind her menacingly.
Well… At least it looked menacing until Lisa called out to her, "You really want to fight us like this while you're this outnumbered? You're either really stupid or just blind…"
As though only finally noticing us, the succubus smith slowly turned her head towards us and tilted her head questioningly.
"Hmm? That's odd… I thought for sure that they were your thralls, Mayor. Why do they look like they still have their free will?"
"That's because they aren't my thralls. And they are here to help me against you who has lied to me all this time."
"Like I said, I do not believe I have ever lied to you, have I? You are a demon, aren't you? Are we all not striving for the demon lord's return to this world?
