Just before this story begins, just so we can avoid some confusion and unnecessary questions for the future, the MC is NOT from our world but actually from an existing fictional verse that you will eventually learn of. Therefore, he won't have any prior knowledge about Genshin Impact.
Also, my knowledge of anything related to the elements used for this story are very base level, an example being that my knowledge of Genshin Impact is the very base level and is nothing in-depth. If I happen to royally fuck-up some lore, it certainly wasn't intentional.

Liyue Harbor.
It was a peaceful seaside city located within the nation of Liyue, and it was a nation ruled over by the Geo Archon Rex Lapis. For thousands of years, nothing much has changed, it was still very much like how it was in the distant past.
However, things never last forever.
Along one of Liyue Harbor's many streets, a particularly strange shop could be seen standing tall. Unlike the buildings around it, this one seemed to be made entirely out of a pure-white metallic material, with tinted black windows and what looked like glowing blue energy lines running along the edges of the building.
Inside this place, a certain young man who couldn't be any older than twenty at the most, could be seen sitting down on a legless hovering black mechanical chair. The male had slightly pale skin, a powerful yet slim physique, and black smooth straight hair, along with a pair of rather strange eyes. One was pure black with an orange ring outline, and the other had a rustic-red color.
His clothing was rather strange, consisting of a body-tight black t-shirt underneath an open short-sleeved white high-collared vest that reached only halfway down his upper body. Covering his bottom half was a pair of sleek long black pants, and he had metallic white tall boots on that seemed to have the very same glowing blue energy lines that accented this very building.
Finally, each of his arms had black tight-fitted gauntlets with blue linings on both of the ends that reached just above his wrists.
At this time, he looked to be staring at a floating holographic screen in front of him.
"Not so bad for a starting planet, and this size should be the maximum for a starting planet, right?" The male muttered to himself as he held his chin in thought. "Jeez, there really are a lot of options to adjust and decide on. I guess it makes sense, I am in a sense making a literal planet..."

There was still a bunch of information on the panel that was blank, which was understandable as he has yet to choose an evolutionary route, let alone made life for the planet. Wasting no time at all, the young man known as Kyo quickly tapped into the first available choices.
"Let's see... it would be interesting to develop a world full of magic, but who knows how long it might take before my inhabitants can even begin cultivating magical abilities. At least if I go for the technology route, it shouldn't take too long if I create a fitting species. On top of that, there's the possibility of also branching out to develop a tech-magic world..."
After a moment of thinking, Kyo nodded to himself before making his choice.
"Alright, about the species..."
The decision of what species to try and create was a very important first choice, after all, the species he decides to create will become the very first sentient creatures to exist in his world. Over time, they might even become the main force within his world.
Even though these first beings may not necessarily always remain as the species he'd focus on entirely, since he was now only just starting out, making a species that could quickly help cultivate the world to become stronger would be a good head-start.
"Alright, let's go for this."

『Total Cost: 800 World Points』
『Would you like to create this species? (Yes/No)』
Kyo didn't hesitate to click the 'Yes' option, he needed these five pioneers to help make the life of ordinary humans easier and to help them develop faster. Thankfully, the system had provided him with 1,000 World Points right off the bat to start off with.
Using the remaining points, he created the basic beings such as ordinary humans as well as different fauna, which included, cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens. He knew that other creatures would pop up naturally as the world continued existing, but he wanted some animals to help provide humans with a source of good protein and other resources.
After checking everything over, Kyo was finally satisfied with his final panel.

"What's this vanguard thing?" Kyo tilted his head a bit in confusion, though he ultimately shrugged his shoulders as it didn't seem to be anything he could change at this point in time. He'd probably eventually learn of its meaning. "In any case, my first world is complete."
With a small smirk curling up on his lips, Kyo tapped onto the world on the menu, and immediately afterward, he watched as what looked to be a projection of a planet itself appeared in front of him. The planet was very much similar to Earth, but its continents were vastly different and the planet itself was obviously much smaller in comparison.
Looking at the planet, he used his hands to zoom in as well as rotate the planet. His eyes scanned over the many different sections of the planet, he only stopped once he found exactly what he was looking for. In one particular section, a group of humans could be seen moving around the land.
The crazy thing was that they all appeared to be moving at rapid speeds, it was as if the time in the world was sped up by hundreds of times. This was exactly the case actually, time was running at a different speed for this created world compared to the one he was in now, perhaps around the ratio of 1:50, as in one day in this world was equivalent to fifty days on their world.
While this wasn't the fastest speed that Kyo would've liked, he was pretty sure there'd be ways in the future to either speed up or slow down the time dilations. Whatever the case, he had now successfully created and populated his first-ever lower-dimensional planet.
Kyo couldn't help but watch the people he created already starting to set up things like crude shelters using large logs, leaves, and more. "Making those ancestral humans really was a smart idea, they're making this process go by way faster than I honestly thought they would."
While it was certainly far inferior compared to more advanced civilizations that he had seen in the past, the fact alone that they could already start developing towards a proper and organized society after only a few hours of existence at most showed incredible potential for the future.
As Kyo continued to observe the actions of these humans, a dinging sound soon entered his ears as he glanced over to see a separate holographic screen appearing near the area where the projection of his planet was located.

Kyo didn't give much of a reaction to seeing the quest, though he did fold his arms as one of his hands now held his chin in thought. This quest was easier said than done, who in their right mind here in Liyue would believe a shop could allow you to pretty much become a literal god?
He wasn't too concerned though, all it was going to take was patience and something to get the ball rolling. It was merely a matter of time...
Closing down the projections for now, Kyo silently and calmly walked on over to the front door before stepping out. He ignored any looks he received from the people passing by, which were very plentiful in number, both he and the building were quite eye-catching within these streets after all.
Looking upwards towards the sky, Kyo let out a small chuckle as he stared at the sun that was slowly rising up in the distance.
'Such a vast sea of stars. It's so beautiful. So vast...'
As Kyo continued to stare up at the sky, a look of nostalgia seemed to pass through his eyes as he then slowly turned to walk back into the store. However, he did stop momentarily to send one last glance toward the sky.
"So... fake."
