Shi Wangyue led Ning Yi and Ning Youyu in decorating the Christmas tree while Ning Youguang was unpacking delivery packages one by one.
Ning Yi brought her two or three bags altogether—two with gift boxes, and one with local specialties.
She opened the bag with the local specialties first and found dried small fish and shrimp inside.
Ning Youguang loved both of these.
"Dad, are the dried fish and shrimp from a river or a lake?"
"From a lake," Ning Yi said. "A few weeks ago, our film crew went to Chenzhou for filming. There's a lake there with excellent water quality, and right beside it, there's a store that specializes in selling dried small fish and shrimp. I got you a few bags."
"Thank you, Dad." The specialty might not cost much, but the important thing was remembering she liked it.
"Sis, the dried fish is Yichuyi's favorite." Ning Youyu called out while hanging small balls on the Australian pine.
"Who's Yichuyi?" Ning Youguang asked irritably.
