It wasn't out of generosity or benevolence that colonial states like the Jarkarthar Federation, which weren't exactly flush with funds, being in the frontier, donated to the Blood Humanist Society.
It was out of self-interest as well. The reality was that the Blood Cult had become a bit of a menace within Gaian Civilization, second only to the Evolutionary Army in terms of how much of a threat they were. The advancements in technology allowed for hemosapiens to be manufactured, causing the Blood Cult to manufacture new blood babies in factories and raise them with blood supremacy.
This was an existential threat to the world, especially since hemosapiens were superior to virtually all of the other races, except for, perhaps, the generation of miracles among the Evosapiens. And unfortunately, because they were superior, there was no way to defeat them very easily.
