Ciel didn't even know why Isiah was asking about that. It felt so random to him and out of context, so he just said impatiently, "She is not thinking clearly!"
Isiah was very pissed every time he had to collide with Ciel. He knew that this would happen in the future when he chose to grab him, hug him, and tell him that he was his family.
Isiah wasn't even surprised at this point by how much persistence Ciel showed; he had expected that the moment he chose to take him under his wing.
