The Ming Country Palace is located in the southern part of the Ming Country.
The Golden Throne Hall, where the Emperor holds court, is situated prominently on the north-south axis within the Forbidden City, and the Ming Country itself is positioned in the south among the vassal states.
Therefore, Zhu Wushi, the current Ming Emperor, indeed fits the Mud Buddha's prophecy better than the Demon Master Pang Ban, who resides in the Demon Palace at the border of Ming Country and Tang Country.
Most importantly, Zhu Wushi preserved his consciousness and mind through the powers of the Blood Transformation Divine Venerable and the Heavenly Fury Sword. After dying and being resurrected using Zhu Yunwen's body, his body was no longer his own, making him more closely aligned with the description of a "person who should not exist in the world" than the Demon Master Pang Ban, whose body was still his own.
