Do not lean on your own understanding, trust God.
What you and I might have done may be beyond human mercy or forgiveness, but He will always be there no matter what.
Most of the time, what we go through shapes us and even influences how we treat others. We begin to look at life and say, "It's not worth trying," or "I'll do to them as they did to me."
We go through a lot of physical and mental pain during childhood, but as we grow, we must learn to let go and ask God for healing.
He is the One who heals us from the situations we find ourselves in.
2 Corinthians 1:3–4 says:"Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the merciful Father, the God from whom all help comes! He helps us in all our troubles, so that we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from God."
The Holy Spirit was sent to help and heal us. When Jesus Christ ascended to the Father, He did not leave us without a Helper. The Holy Spirit is always there, waiting for us to call upon Him.
Psalm 34:17 says:"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles."
Jesus was sent to proclaim liberty to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and freedom for the oppressed.
1 Peter 2:24: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed."
2000 years ago they said healing is the children's bread, and in this generation we can say it is the children's nshima.
God is the God of all comfort. Personally, the Lord has carried me through many things. Without Him, I would not be where I am today. He has taken me out of trouble and placed me in a place of peace.
Be His, and let Him take over.
