"Does this city entry permit have any conditions?" He Ao asked quietly.
"You need to fill out a bunch of identity documentation and have someone vouch for you," Anke took a deep breath, "It's no big deal for a caravan, but it's hard for ordinary people to obtain, unless you are a mercenary or someone with a special status, you can enter the city directly, just like I did when I entered West Carter."
At this point, he suddenly paused, realizing something, "Oh! Mercenary!"
