The morning sun has shone this world's very brightly. This is a sign of the beginning of the day and the activities of almost all living things in this world.

Neito immediately finished his breakfast and then cleaned up a bit before leaving the house to test the results of his experiments.
"Okay, 3rd Eksperiment. Attempts to retrieve a Quirk after killing and without copying the target's Quirk first."

After doing various ways such as imagining, direct practice, etc. Neito still couldn't use the target's Quirk from experiment 3.

The thing Neito did was try to give someone the Quirk he had. However, it seemed that it failed because that person couldn't use the Quirk that Neito thought he could give and Neito can still use that Quirk too.

After saying those things. Neito also flew back to his house to get some rest and get ready to enter the U.A academy in the near future.
